Sturdy, practical pair of trellises for supportively growing tomatoes
Sturdy, attractive pair of trellises for my tomatoes. Easy to assemble with a chose of different top pieces - I preferred the bird. Each year I gently guide my big boy tomatoes up inside the trellis enclosure as they grow. Tomatoes are easily accessible around the circumference, reaching in, and I never have to tie them in place. Stake verticals and frame do not burn tomatoes in hot sun, unlike metal trellises. Wood core with plastic outer of the vertical stakes provides sturdy support. The metal tips on the bottom base legs slide smoothly into tilled soil just after I have planted my tomatoes in the spring. I drop a wall of water (purchase separately) around the outside to protect the tomatoes from freezing in early spring. The round trellis makes it easy to remove water wall once danger of frost is past. For fall frost, the trellis shape makes it easy to put blanket bags over the tomatoes, trellis and all, to protect final ripening of late season tomatoes. I have successfully reused these trellises for several seasons. Do be careful about pressing them into any hard untilled soil. The core on the stakes can break.

Perfect for Rose Bush
I bought this piece to enclose our rose bush that was growing wild and to give it a better look/appearance. Our trellises broke from years of weather conditions. This really did the trick and is so adorable, easy to assemble, cute, offers interchangeable top pieces, is nice and tall allowing for my roses to grow upward. It's stable and very lightweight but not easy to put into the ground because it is a lightweight plastic. We had to rig it a bit to keep it down but even so, it's so worth it!

Inexpensive Rose Or Climbing Support
This Obelisk is made mostly of plastic and the connecting pieces are plastic coated metal. It is not 100% sturdy because the connecting metal pieces don't lock in like I think they should. You can glue it with decent adhesive and it probably would be fine. Purchased this for a David Austin Claire Austin Rose that has been creeping onto our garden path and it needed something. It was either something affordable like this or putting bamboo stakes tying the tops and placing a little pot on top. I have to say it does look more expensive than it is with the fleur de lis looking top on the top it looks less plastic to me. It's kinda rickety and that's what I don't like about it is the connecting pieces. There are other metal obelisk on here for around $30+ if you look and want something more sturdy. Those may last longer but a lot of them rust like crazy and require a good top coat....They are not quality either connecting screws that out etc. Would buy another one of these if needed I would just glue it with a say...liquid nails or stronger adhesive glue to make sure it stays put. It's a cheap import and I hope it holds up. Looks nice in my back garden so I'd buy another one as Obelisks cost too much lately and budget. You can always use bamboo stakes, jute and a pot on top like I do half of the time. Worth a try if your trying to stick to budget. Would not buy if your in a high wind area🌻

Flimsy and won’t stay together
Very flimsy; will not stay together - falls apart as soon as you pick it up. Basically have to assemble on the pot itself. Cheap plastic - I don’t know where the metal was, but not in my box. Likely killed my plant trying to add the trellis to the pot. Very disappointed.

Cheap and not sturdy, but it’s fine.
Cheap cheap cheap (pun intended). This is cheap plastic and assembly, while easy, is not sturdy. Up close it looks as cheap as it is. I opted to keep it because I didn’t want to spend more for a nicer one and it’s sufficient for the perennial climber plant I’m using it for, but definitely not stable enough for a climbing vine or heavier plant. This is a case of you get what you pay for.

Not metal but sturdy
It is not metal like it says in the description. It does have metal pieces that attach the structure but only on the tips. It is sturdy and tall. It is a good price and will do what it’s intended for. It seems to be very stable. I had to take pliers to lock the interlocking plastic pieces together more securely. It took all of eight minutes to put together. It has instructions but you won’t need them. It’s self explanatory by sight: I’m happy with my purchase

Great price but snapped within 3 days
I was really excited about these obelisk trellises. At $30 for 2, Price is fantastic, and they looked great in my raised beds when i first set them up. Unfortunately, you get what you pay, it comes to durability. 3 days after setting up i noticed a section had already broken right at the connection joint where the pieces attach to form the circle. The most frustrating part is my garden is just getting started. I dont have any heavy climbing vines on it yet. The plastic just failed on its own under zero stress.

Well built and rust free
I just assumed the trellis. It is a great design and super easy to assemble. I haven’t used it yet for a clematis vine,I’m sure that it will work well. I intend to reorder as they would make great tomato cages.

Fun and fabulous!
Arrived quickly, all parts intact. It was easy to put together - took about 20 minutes. Not the sturdiest obelisk but I think it will be fine. It's attractive and eye catching. I recommend this product for ease of assembly and value for the money. I would purchase again.
