Excellent experience with Amazon's customer care service
I had an excellent experience with Amazon's customer care service. Although I can't remember the name of the representative, he promised me that I would receive my product today, even though the display showed the delivery date as 15th August. On the 15th, the product was zero value, but this amazing guy assured me at 10 PM that I would get it, and true to his word, I received the product by 10:30 PM. He was really awesome and went above and beyond to help me. I am truly thankful for the customer service. As for the product itself, it is very good and met my expectations.
