Great quality product
I take MCT for its benefits to keep the body metabolism active with healthy fats, as they are an integral part of the diet. Fats help the body with energy, keep the skin supple and help metabolism burn fats more efficiently. This company is reputable and has quality supplements, I use a few from them. The capsules are a bit big but doable.

Raised my testosterone BIG TIME
To the guys out there, I've been on testosterone injections for over 5 years, I recently started taking this product, I take about 5 to 6 per day. I noticed increase in energy right away, yesterday I went in for my yearly wellness appointment and they check my testosterone levels so they know if my injections are appropriate. Usually at the 2 week mark after a shot my levels are at 90 to 100, which is really low. So yesterday was 2 weeks since a shot and my levels were 698, which is considered high, this stuff works and it works big time. I've also lost about 15 pounds in the 2 months of taking this mct oil. My doctor took me off the injections so we will see how my levels do without injections. This stuff is great, one of my best purchases on Amazon ever
