We have a very dark farm house and in the summer use a magnetic screen to keep the bugs away but allow the dog to go in and out while allowing light in. I was hoping for a bit of the same with this one as well but for those colder months. I wouldn't say it was insulated but wow did it work. Dog used it same as the magnetic screen, we got some extra sun inside....but the biggest win was when the door was shut it helped keep the wind out of an old wooden door. It was very surprising to stand next to the plastic door warm with just a thin sheet between you and the outside. It got pretty beat up through the winter with use so I will be looking for a new one.

I got this one and another brand and both work great to keep construction dust and messes out of the living space from a new addition. I really like the size I got in this one - dimensions were accurate and it also had tie-backs with velcro so you can keep it open. When installing, make sure the middle is slightly higher than the sides and that the sides aren't too tight or the magnets won't self-close when moving through the curtain (learned that the hard way). I used the tacks to install and they're cheap and easy to break but work and tacks held up for the past few weeks of constant movement in and out without loosening or popping off. I can also tell the difference in temperature between the living space that has air conditioning and the construction space that doesn't which makes me believe it does a good job thermal regulating. Would buy again.

Mi perro entra y sale tranquilamente del cuarto refrigerado. No tengo que preocuparme porque el plástico sella muy bien, no hay fugas de aire fresco. Como que mi perro no se siente encerrado, dado que el plástico es transparente y se nota que está agusto. Excelente producto.

Es funcional , aguanta , los perritos se adaptaron bien , ya no hay mosquitos y se salva mucha energía del clima
