9 months usage review
Pros(+) : Using from 9 months..never faced any problem...good battery backup. Instant home service from exide. Cons(-) : Some acid water mixture spilled during transportation. I had to refill it with 1250 gravity acid. Conclusion : Overall good battery, Prefer buying from local vendor if yo don't want acid-water mixture get spilled...Only buy this product online you want the product in great discounted price during Great Festival day sale.

Good product
Product is good. Installed it with the home inverter and is working fine. Electrolyte levels are ok. Only one level indicator float is supplied. You have to use the same for checking the levels of all cells. Delivery made through inhouse delivery partners. They did not deliver at the door steps. I had to pick it up from the nearest delivery hub.

OLD MANUFACTURED BATTERY FRAUD/SCAM Not Covered in Exide Warranty
It’s a Scam, I received 1 year old manufactured battery, When I spoke to Exide customer care they said, it is not allowed to sell more than 6 month old batteries as per their policy, as it looses its 50-60% backup power and that is irreversible damage, Also Acid was spill all over during transport and delivery, Seller is not ready to replace the battery and Exide customer care said WE DO NOT PROVIDE WARRANTY To more than 6 months batteries thus we are unable to do the installation of the battery.
