The dimensions inside are 1 3/8" high x 4 3/8" long x 2 5/8" wide. Those are the measurements of the interior of the box, not counting an additional 1/2" of height afforded by the lid.

It is not lined. It has a mirror on the lid and the bottom looks like mother of pearl.
