This is one of the best body lotion I have ever used. As a family with more senior citizens, we all are experiencing muscle cramps, mostly for legs. It's a very good quality product, has a nice mild fragrance, easy to apply & spreads well..yes it does improve my sleep. just hope they can improve the fragrance by adding one more relaxing ingredient.
