This felt really good on my face after oral surgery. Im pretty sure lack of bruising was due to my use of ice packs on and off after surgery. This freezes pretty quickly.

Headaches, head congestion. You can create as tight of it as you want. I personally think the more snug it lays on my face the more beneficial. Retains its coldness exceptionally well and has great flexibility while still maintaining durability.

The mask works, but it’s pretty stiff when frozen and hard to fit on my face. I keep mine in the refrigerator rather than the freezer, and that makes it much easier to use.

Well worth the money! I had a migraine and used the full face one and it did wonders!! I personally like it better cold but the warm works good too. Would buy again.

There aren't enough beads in the mask for it to be effective. It's most evident in the upper lip area where I had to squeeze the beads into that section of the mask and even then it's only a single line of beads. There are so significant gaps in coverage in other areas of the mask even if you try to spread them out evenly. Complete waste of money.
