Dear customer, This is Moringa oleifera seed, these seeds are primarily used for planting as well as snacking, These seeds have long lasting after taste up to 3-4 hours, to reduce after taste some customes soak the seeds overnight and eat the kernal, also it can be roasted, It has more laxative properties so taking 2-3 seeds per day and increasing the quantity accordingly. Moringa seeds contains vitamins A and B1 also high fiber content, They are also sources of minerals, micronutrients, and bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, saponins, sterols, phytates, and trypsin inhibitors. Takes a while to sprout

Moringa is supposed to be a superfood. Well we'll see about that. These seeds take a while sprout so be patient. It helps to soak them for a day or two before planting too. This plant is supposed to be good for diabetics I hear and the whole plant is edible from the roots to the leaves. We Americans have a very poor diet and eat way too many fats, salts and sugars. Too much processed foods that deteriorate our health so add some healthy foods to your diet and stop eating all the crap being pushed on us. Grow some Moringa along with herbs and toss in a salad.

I was thinking that these were no good. Then BOOM I see little green "toothpicks" popping up everywhere. The ones I thought didn't ... they did. The ones I put in because the first didn't. They all kicked off and are doing good.
