Don't be surprised. These are not capsules, or a liquid. This is a container of powder. It's nice granulated powder that works perfectly.

Good, clean product, dissolved well. Presuming low star reviews are user error.

Please don’t waste your money with this product. This powder is coarse and it doesn’t dissolve in anything. The description doesn’t mention that you need to make it finer.
