This back and neck massager is the real deal! Great quality and construction, like other Bob & Brad products I’ve tried so far. It runs smoothly and quietly. I like the light pink color I got as it is more of a peach/dusty pink and subtle. There are 4 modes to choose from but this is basically forward or reverse motion and heat or no heat and it was easy to change between modes while using the product. There is the option to turn off the infrared heat, but I liked how soothing that felt and it never got too hot. Note that unlike a massage gun, the speed cannot be adjusted, and the unit must be plugged in to use but the cord is a good length and not too short. I will say that it gives a deep massage and you definitely feel it in the muscle and any knots you may have. Attaching the foam pad or applying less pressure make it less intense but I was a little sore the next day. It has a 15-minute shut off timer which is a helpful reminder. This massager worked GREAT for the hamstrings, IT band area, and calves areas that I tried it on also. Highly recommend!

I love this product! I spend too much time sitting at the computer and this helps to alleviate my, “tech neck.” My husband also uses it when he is having lower back pain. The massage is firm yet not uncomfortable. I love the different settings and would purchase more Bob and Brad products!

The actual massaging action of this Bob and Brad Back Massager is good. Not nearly as strong as I would like, but still provides an OK amount of pressure. What I do NOT like is that it is very cumbersome and awkward to move around. If it had some sort of handle or way to grasp the unit for movability, it would be an improvement. ALSO - the button to turn the unit on is way too small. Plus, the cord is on the wrong side and is very inconvenient to me. If this unit came with a remote and a handle of some sort, it would be a HUGE improvement. Only giving it four stars because it does provide a nice little massage - but - is very inconvenient to use!!

I absolutely love this portable neck and shoulder massager! The heat function is incredibly soothing and helps melt away tension after a long day. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and convenient to take anywhere — whether I’m at home, in the office, or traveling.The other massager I had, I couldn't put a lot of weight on it. It would stop. So annoying. This one is strong I can put my weight into it for a deeper massage.The massage intensity is strong enough to feel effective without being uncomfortable, and it really targets tight muscles in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. The added heat makes it feel even more relaxing and spa-like.The quality feels durable, and I appreciate how simple the controls are. This has quickly become part of my daily routine, and I’ve already recommended it to friends and family. Definitely worth the purchase!

This is the best massager I have owned, and I ended up using this one more than every other massager I have. The size and portability is the best part. I have been dealing with back pain for the last 4 years and wake up almost everyday with a sore back and neck. I keep this massager beside my bed now and have been using it just for 15 minutes after I wake up on my bed itself and it helps a lot.Pros:- I ended up getting the one with the remote, and that made it really convenient to change the mode and intensity without reaching behind and needing to change my position. They have one with the battery powered too but I wasn't sure if I would ever be using it anywhere where there is no power source so the one with the remote made more sense for me.- The size and ergonomics is perfect, I have the bigger whole-back massager, the one which covers the entire back and hips, but you can only use it on the chair and have to sit upright in a certain position. This once can be angled and moved to any position you like and that makes it really convenient and effective.- The mode and intensity is not a gimmick, I believe there are 3-4 different modes and intensity and they really make a lot of difference. I use one specific mode for my neck where it alternates the rotational direction and that helps a lot.- It mentions that it’s a back massager but I have used it for my calves and hamstring after workouts, and it works really well there too.Things to consider before buying:- The heat intensity is good enough for me, I wasn't looking for something that is a replacement for a heating pad. This massager gets comfortably warm but doesn't produce a strong heat if you are looking for that.- Make sure you are selecting the correct one as per your need, since there are multiple options, one with the remote and another one with the cordless option.- Never use any Shiatsu based Massager with a lot of pressure as it can make it worse for back pain (I have learnt it the hard way), you might get tempted to put more pressure because it feels better while using it, but everyone who complains about pain getting worse after using these products mainly faces that because of way they use it and the pressure with which they use.Bob and Brad service is amazing and I have been using their massager gun for 4 years now, and they even replaced it(without asking any questions ) when I was facing problems with it after more than a year of using it.

I purchased the updated back massager from Bob and Brad and will try to give you a thorough review.Housekeeping:1) Packaged very nicely. Massager doesn't have a chemically smell to it unless you really stick your nose into the machine and even then its very subtle.2) The power cord is required to be plugged in, no battery, and its 6ft long.3) Massager seems very well built. The foam is soft but supportive and the fabric seems very high quality with no frayed edges.4) The massager beeps to let you know various things, like power on, changing of modes, etc.5) Comes with a remote and battery for the remote.Pros:1) The massager is very nice and relaxing to lay on. It can be maneuvered in many different configurations to target the area of the massage.2) The rotating arms doing the massage, one arm is a little higher than the other so it feels nice going up and slightly down.3) Remote is very intuitive, and comes with a sticker on the back to let you know what the images mean.4) I personally like mode 2 the best, as it cycles from low, medium, high, medium, low and then changes direction and repeats.5) Massager comes with an attached adjustable stretchable strap so you can attached it to a chair.6) Massager does have a memory setting, so when you turn it on it will remember its previous mode and heat setting. This is convenient if you always use the same setting.Cons:1) My only real con is about the heat setting. The heat setting is either on or off, no intensity settings. The other thing is the heat doesn't get what I think is hot enough to aid the relaxation during the massage. After laying on the massager for 10-12 minutes I took a temperature reading on it was registering between 91-92 degrees. To me its a very subtle heat, which means you won't have the possibility of getting burned (which is good) but its also not strong enough to help relax the area. I wish I could increase the heat setting.Overall:I think this massager is a fantastic product, really high quality, and highly recommend you buy one if you are needing a massager. Just know the heat might not be the strongest, but the massaging feels amazing.

Pros:* battery seems decent — daily usage for about 3 mos and run time still seems the same* feels nice — I don’t need to use it, but I do anyway* versatile — easy to position where you wantCons:- parts are already breaking- cannot be used while plugged in, and it takes 1-2 hours to charge- cover can’t be removed without cutting it open, so I’m guessing the batteries can’t be replaced, eitherI’m a small guy, but leaning my back on it while sitting caused one of the balls to audibly crack. I wasn’t even leaning that hard. Gradually, the motor gears on that side wore out, such that it can’t bear any resistance at all before the gears slip.I was hoping a name-brand product sold at a reasonable price would be better.Update: The battery version eventually wore out its gears such that the massage heads couldn’t turn, so its total lifespan was 4 mos. Fortunately, Bob & Brad customer support team saw my review and offered to replace the battery version with the corded one. I’ve been using the corded one for a week, and it seems markedly better than the battery version. The build quality seems more robust, and there’s no wait time for charging, or concern about batteries being replaceable. Also, it comes with a remote. Despite the cord, I find it just as convenient as the battery version. It was very kind of B&B to give me a free replacement despite being past Amazon’s return window, but since my purchase was for the battery version and nothing about it has changed, I’m leaving my rating at 3*.

Have had this massager for over a year and it still works just like new. I use it for a few consecutive days every 1-2 months and it helps with pain relief. I put it against the head cushions of my couch and press up against it to get the right level of pressure. highly recommend

Los nodos aplican una presión suficiente como para sentir un auténtico masaje, no solo una vibración o movimiento superficial. Ideal para relajarse después del trabajo o aliviar pequeñas tensiones musculares.Sin embargo, en el cuello el resultado no es el mismo. La posición y la fuerza del aparato no llegan a hacer un “masaje” como tal; se siente más bien como una caricia suave, que puede no ser suficiente si buscas algo más intenso en esa zona.Diseño y funcionalidad:El aparato es cómodo de usar, se adapta bien a la espalda y tiene un mando a distancia que facilita el control sin tener que moverte. La función de calor es un extra agradable, especialmente en días fríos o después de ejercicio.Relación calidad-precio:Por lo que cuesta, me parece un buen producto. Cumple su función si lo que buscas es relajarte o aliviar algo de tensión en la espalda. No sustituye a un fisioterapeuta, pero es un buen complemento para el día a día.Conclusión:Una compra recomendable si tu objetivo principal es tratar la espalda. Para el cuello, quizá se quede corto. Pero en general, por su precio, ofrece una buena experiencia de relajación y merece la pena.
