I don’t know about any size hand but I’m an adult and it fits mine just great. Essentially your thumb and fingers work the mouth only. Have had great fun with it playing with the grandkids.

He can be your friend indeed.

It is a nice puppet which can be used to enhance your storytelling techniques. The mouth areas moves as it should. The access to it is a bit tight. It takes a long time to arrive. The only (small) issue is that the finishing of the clothing at one of the seams was not neat. Other than that, its all good. Hope this helps you decide.
