Defective merchandise
THIS ITEM WAS RETURNED receipt attached.This phone was defective,I have repeatly explained what happen I received this A14 defective phone I set my old phone My A03 I was switching next to the A14 hit smart switch on my A03 put my pin in 1024 this defective phone opened up showing QR code My old A03 camera opened I took a picture then on the defective A14 the same pin pad opened up like on my old A03 except it would not take my Pin 1024 which is now and has been my pin for over 20 years which now I have a A15 which works perfectly.When I indicated to Cellmigo the problem after they received the phone back I was told by what I believe was a AI respone because the reply was sorry pin 1024 dose not work , which is the reason I returned the phoneso they would not refund my purchase which is the whole issue and the reason I sent phone back and order a different model A15 my data was never transfered because I could'nt get pass the pin sign on Then I get a message saying it not the same phone which can easily be verified by the IMEI number which is different on every phone. I looked at the refund issued of 1 cent ello, The seller sent you return instructions and a return address through the return request that you raised for this order. Great Shipper, phone just as described, safely arrived.
Fine replacement for my 'old' A14. Good quick ship and arrived carefully packaged and in good condition. STILL Waiting over a week for my "2-day" SIM card shipment from FedEx. I went to a local youBreakitiFixit and the tech pulled a little something Out OF The Charging Port, plugged in the USB-C and it started CHARGING! This rambling is ALL unrelated to the fine shipper And the item. I Bought the replacement because the charging cable Would NOT plug into the 'old' phone. Compressed air into the port And extensive pulling/pushing/shifting the port in the bottom of the phone; no joy. Cable would only go 1/2 way into it and the phone ran down after a couple of days. TRULY wish I'd gone to the repair station earlier ! ! ! NOT A total loss as I think the battery has been getting a bit weaker holding the charge, so IF FedEx EVER gets the SIM chip here, I'd transfer everything to the 'new' phone and have the old one as a backup. MAY Eventually have to buy an only 5-10 year old model, but not yet. Dang-Nation, yer a persistent Reader. TANKS 1 1 1

Battery life is not great
Phone overall was in good shape. It constantly wants to update the battery. Life is not great. We took two days to charge it up to 100% and then now it doesn’t wanna charge at all so yeah that’s a two or three stars on that but that’s what I get for buying refurbished.

Works as advertised
Phone came in excellent condition. Got it activated without problem. This isn't a Samsung flagship phone, the performance is acceptable. Good enough for what I will use it for.

Very well pleased, so far. It was a certainty, 100% certain that the item would have to be returned after reading the reviews, but it wasnt the case, everything worked as it should have.
