Great knife for the experienced Chef, I say that because they're very sharp.That being said it is the proper tool for the job

High quality, lightweight but substantial- comfortable grip. I cut my finger on the very first use- not badly- but this cleaver is serious business, pay attention when you use. I only wish It had a blade cover of some sort- I store it loosely yet carefully in my knife drawer. I’m no professional chef, but can see this being part of a pro chef kit. I got it because I needed a more comfortable and efficient way to cut meats & big veggies without having my knuckles hit the cutting board with each chop. Great value for such a high quality tool.

I finally treated myself to a good set of knives. This meat cleaver was one of them. I knew my knives were old and dull, but OMG, I had no idea how bad. This cleaver cuts like it's butter. he cleaver feels sturdy in your hand, with a balanced weight that gives you confidence while chopping. Good investment. I will keep it away from the dishwasher this time!

Nice knife with an atractive price_ at least when I bought it. Sharp and very well produced. Of course the Zwilling ones madenin Germany are even better, but this one has a great cost-benefit.

This clever is well made and very sharp. There is a some weight to the clever allowing for good clean cuts.
