This Swim Platform is well made !
I found with FUTURUP the materials( all parts ) were of excellent quality (heavy duty stainless) and that is all I wanted to proceed with mounting ! Being 74 years of age, my wife & I like cruising, swimming & fishing, ….grands included, the inlet waterways and it was important to us/children to climb back in the craft safely. This model offers that. Adding, I did keep in mind before ordering possible modifications would be necessary for a "Universal Ladder" as every boat ( pictured: '05 Sea Fox 197 CC model ) has a different transom design. (i.e. angle, width, height, etc. ) adding SS parts to have it fit securely to your transom or gunnel are available. Sign, Always thinking to be positive : )

Weak fiberglass platform
Not too hard to install, I did buy additional stainless steel bolts and did not use the lag screws, unfortunately the fiberglass platform itself is garbage, when you put weight on the latter part it bends and is definitely going to break after a small amount to use, so I am going to take that off and remake the platform myself out of a more substantial material, either using 3/4” PVCR pieces of teak , Which is gonna cost me about $50, I cannot return the swim platform because I have drilled my boat for this particular swim platform all in all I’ll give it two stars because the ladder seems to be quite good. My recommendation is do not buy this fiberglass platform, buy one with a wood platform maybe it’s better

Garbage
No good had to extend it by 12 inches or the platform would be on such an angle you wouldn’t be able to stand on it. Says for boat but when you have to weld 2 12 inch pipes to it what is the point of buying it complete waste of money

Great ladder
This was an addition to our 18’ Sea Pro and it looks great! Top notch equality, very sturdy, and very easy to install. Would highly recommend and would definitely buy again!!
