Size down, it said I needed a large but they were huge.. I ordered a medium regular and they fit perfect. I’m 5ft 4 inch & 160 pounds! I ordered black, super cute with stretch & slight flare at bottom, well made and comfy.. I will buy more !

Runs large!
Comfortable material, breathable, easy to move around, love the pockets, but sizing is 1- almost 2 sizes too large when I ordered referring to the Cherokee measurement guide!

I’m 4’9” and 93 pounds, and the mid-rise, moderate flare style feels roomy, especially around the waist and hips. The drawstring helps adjust the fit, but a smaller size might be better for petite frames. The pants are stylish yet practical, with just the right amount of flare for movement while working long shifts. Despite the sizing issue, the comfort, quality, and great color make them a solid choice for scrubs.

DOUBLE CHECK SIZES
The pants are great, for the taller girls tho i’m 5’8 and 130lbs i ordered the small tall, they are roughly 4 inches long and i since the waist band to my size the fit very loose on me but quality pants they don’t shrink in the wash either

Comfortable but run really big. I wear a Medium but spent all night pulling these up. The drawstring mostly is gor show and they don't really tighten. They are really baggy and so long that I slid on them twice at work but that's more on me. I should have gotten a petite. Definitely size down and if you aren't tall get the petite.
