Great knife for thinly slicing just about anything. It feels great in the hand, sharpens well, and has impressive overall quality. The full tang is also a nice feature.

Great Knife. Cuts smoothly because it is sharp and stays sharp. The only thing it needs is a good way to keep it safe.

If you enjoy your roast beef or ham sliced very thin for making sandwiches, then you should certainly consider this Babish slicing knife. My next use will be with partly frozen raw DelMonico steak to make Philadelphia Cheesesteaks here at home. I just don't want to slice it too thin. It sharpens nicely and seems quite durable. A good value for your money. Highly recommend purchasing this Babish brisket slicing knife I usually purchase whole beef chuck rolls from Costco to cut up into recipe sized pieces; this slicing knife should be extremely useful for those big cuts of raw beef.

This knife blade, at 12 inches long, is longer than I realized. I kept it, but for my usage, I think I would have preferred a 10" knife. The handle is not recessed so the length is useful because my hand is actually several inches off the counter as I cut the meat. Aside from the length, it's sharp, thin, and has those oval indentations so it doesn't cause suction. The handle has a nice grip. I recommend it if you want a long knife.

This made carving our Xmas prime rib soooooo easy (it's really, really sharp). I loved it so much, I bought a few other Babish products.

Great quality knives

Received as a Christmas gift. I asked specifically for this knife. I wanted a long enough carving knife for brisket. First use was on prime rib on Christmas Day. Carved through the beef as thin or as thick as I wanted to cut. I was almost disappointed when I was done carving the roast. Next use was on smoked brisket on New Years Day. I must say, I am truly impressed. Again, thin cuts was easy. I carved though the flat like butter. I cubed the point for burnt ends and it was such an easy task. I fully expected this from this knife. I am so glad I got it
