This workbook has been a great help in my new job and helped me future my knowledge of what is needed from me

The book is ok at a high level review. I read the sections and combined with many years of experience passed the test though I think my experience accounted for 80% of the knowledge content. And being a six sigma black belt helps because that goes so much farther in knowledge depth in quality understanding.

Terrible guide. Deserves 0 stars. Has the wrong answers throughout. As a student this is really difficult because you are trying to learn. After recognizing several of the math questions make 0 sense and are indeed wrong, I should have returned it but I realized it too late. Awful book. You will fail the test if you use this inaccurate book. It should be discontinued and everyone should be refunded because its wrong in countless places.
