Received exactly how it’s pictured. Love the zipper pocket in front and the Velcro mesh pocket inside. It’s a perfect tote bag. The only thing is the strap needs to be longer, it’s way to short but that can be easily fixed. Other than that it’s perfect.

This was a great item purchased for work. We have drug testers who needed something to carry their specimens in. We put some ice packs in and it keeps everything cold for the day. Well even put the whole bag into the fridge overnight. This bag is flexible that it can be bent if needed but retains either hot or cold. Great purchase
