Avoid Buying – Return Process Is Very Inconvenient
This remote is not working properly with my LG TV UA8200, but that's not even the main issue. The biggest concern is that Amazon is asking me to return the item myself, yet they are not arranging a pickup. It has been more then 10 days and nobody come to pick the item. This is very strange and extremely inconvenient. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and has caused a lot of unnecessary hassle. I would not recommend buying this product.

Surprisingly good!
Surprisingly this remote works good and it is equal to the quality of LG remote. LG always fails to make good remote. They are still making very old model low quality remotes..
