Wow 🤩
Great size, love the cover and quality, so much value for the price, love the added touches like the stickers and little pocket in the back of the book, I have enjoyed having all my health goals in one organized place. Easily portable to whatever exercise activity you have planned. Very well laid out and thought through, has a space for body composition stats and macro counting too, appreciate the organization and extra space for notes and favorite recipes/shopping lists etc. I’m happy about this purchase, would recommended. It’s helping me hit my goals!

Ready to be a healthier me!
I love my meal planner and fitness tracker notebook! The seafoam green is absolutely beautiful! The notebook is well constructed, and the material of the pages and cover feels like quality material. There is so much information you can write down each month to help someone keep track of their fitness and nutrition goals. It will be fun to add some scrapbook journaling word art/inspirational quotes/or whatever else I want to do in the sections that I don't use for their printed purposes. I do love the perforated pages to tear out my grocery list if needed. However, I think I might end up taking a cellphone picture of my grocery list so I can leave it intact in my beautiful notebook. I also like the 3 sticker sheets that are included. Overall, I am excited and looking forward to using this for the next several months.

It's a pretty journal, feels sturdy but not that clear on usage
Love the pretty teal cover, thick pages, ribbon marker and elastic page holder, but not the most intuitive to use; maybe it's just me. As another reviewer commented, I also found the week started on the monthly grid and the workout schedule pages on Sundays but the weekly meal plan starts on a Monday. I've already messed up my log on the weekly meal plan because I logged Sunday at the top in the Monday spot; annoying. Also, I'm using the weekly meal plan page as a log on what I've eaten daily. I've never planned meals a week ahead, and estimating calories--not enough guidance so don't do it. So since I don't meal plan a week in advance, my grocery list is also what I bought at my last shop and the list is usually influenced by what is on sale. I set a general goal of weight loss and improved fitness so usually just note what my bathroom scale says instead of doing all those measurements. I think they would be a good guide for someone who likes to keep meticulous and detailed notes to mark their progress but I will probably only maybe measure my waist and just see how my clothes fit. The "favorites" section is helpful to list the healthy food finds, good websites for recipes and inspiration, even a section for healthy takeout places/meals, and a pretty large section to note recipes where I would just place a printed copy of a recipe rather than handwrite one in the space. All in all, it's a pretty journal but not too inspiring for me to use as intended. I do appreciate the physical log it provides of my progress toward my weight loss and fitness goals.

More than just a meal planner and fitness tracker
This I believe is more than what I expected, its almost a cross between a self help book and a fitness journal. The "book" has a lot of helpful tips and tricks. From lists of calories and macros to pages where you can list your favorite website for recipes and favorite take out/eat out food. Few things that I might not make use off, would be the monthly food planner but would be using it as weekly. It is well made and thoughtful and I think would work great with an app to look up calories. Some people would say, you can do all the features of the book online but I think it makes a difference writing it down and using it as a journal. I will be buying another one for my sister.

Finally a Functional AND Beautiful Meal & Fitness Planner!
This planner feels so nice in my hands with a soft moleskin cover, and looks so visually appealing that I’m pretty sure I’m getting healthier just looking at it! Every piece of it is thoughtfully laid out with monthly and weekly tracking and goals, as well as fun and useful stickers, and an area for favorite recipes, nutrition facts on common healthy foods, etc. The weekly section has perforated pages so you can *gasp* tear out your shopping lists for east transport to the store! Or maybe you want to post your weekly meal plan on the fridge… that baby tears right out! As a holistic and functional nutritionist, I’m excited to see a planner that gets it right. It even comes with some basic wellness tips that I could get behind. If you want to get healthy this year and not have to have a screen dinging you with reminders every minute of the day, this is your answer to help you stay motivated and organized :-)

Mostly perforated pages of lists. Men's journals (Bro and Vibe) by the same company are much better.
If you're committed (or want to be committed) each week for six months to tracking your priorities, workout exercises, weekly meal plan and grocery list, this planner is for you. At the beginning of the planner, there's six monthly review sections which include a blank calendar, place to track habits, measurements, wins, progress, areas lacking and areas to improve. For some reason, these monthly reviews aren't integrated into the weekly tracker section, which means I often forget to fill them out. Each weekly spread covers four pages: to dos and priorities, workout schedule with space for each exercise, weekly meal plan and grocery list. For me, there's entirely too much real estate given to workout exercises and grocery list (one page each). If those two categories took up a single page, the fourth page could contain content that incorporates something for me and my mental health and not just a book of lists. This company also sells two journals geared to men--The Bro Journal and The Vibe Journal. A weekly mini lesson on mindfulness, such as included daily in the men's journals, would make this a significantly better planner, as it'd be more holistic. Unlike The Bro Journal and The Vibe Journal, this planner doesn't exude the same quality. While the men's journals are hard back, the women's planners are soft back. The typeface, design and paper quality are also lacking in comparison. Perhaps most telling, pages 49 to 160 are perforated for easy disposal. Why this planner wasn't designed as something I'd want to keep and refer back to, as the men's journals are, is beyond me.

Best Method for Visualizing Your Own Healthy Journey
If you are like me, it's easy to become disappointed with your weight loss / fitness journey. Having the ability to track your progress, visualize your goals, and remind yourself how far you truly have come - are all necessary to keep your goal active! This "Meal Planner & Fitness Planner" is made with high-quality material. The exterior is wrapped in a leather exterior. Stickers are included to keep up the motivation. There are sections to track measurements, review your goals why you started, review healthy food options, plan your meals, and a calendar to easily visualize the journey. I've been using the Fitness Tracker for several weeks now and am thoroughly happy with my purchase. I love this tracker and will recommend it to anyone looking to keep themselves accountable. **Update: My friend loved it so much, I bought a second "Meal Planner & Fitness Planner" for them in a different color! Great product!
