1.Make sure the feeder is connected to the power when for the first connection.

Q: How long does a full charge take and last to work？

A full charge takes 6-8 hours and it would last to work for 6-7 days for unplug use.

Q: Does the feeder work when unplug the adapter/Wi-Fi disconnect accidentally? (Please plug the adapter for long-term use.)

Yes, the feeder will work as the preset feeding plan, but you cannot make any changes via WiFi because it is under sleep mode when you unplug the adapter.
