Great adze for bowl carving

Overall, it’s a good small bowl adze not my preference. I prefer outside radius bevel instead of an inside radius, bevel came pretty dull, took me about 2 1/2 hours to re-profile re-sharpen if you know what you’re doing and know how to sharpen an inside bevel adze it’s not a bad deal, straight out of the box it barely would cut green alder. I mostly make bowls out of green alder and maple but it’ll be good to addition to my collections of adze’s.

Very good quality tool. Comes razor sharp and the edge holds up to consistent use so far. I purchased this to scallop out siding for a custom job and have only needed to touch up the blade once. Better than expected
