Wrong information in the description
It's claims in the description as ammonium and paraben free. But it has ammonium. I found it from the ingredient label. Disappointed.

I will never buy it again
It burned my scalp after five minutes of living on my hair. It’s a very strong product. I don’t find it natural at all. The color is very dark.

Works great, looks professional, be careful of staining.
Better than expected. First try I only put on roots but it didn’t match my color so you could tell. The next day I did the rest of my head and I love the color. It’s back to my natural color. I purchased the dark brown. It looks great. I would definitely use gloves. Be careful not to get it on your clothing and sink and walls. Next time, I would probably do it in the shower and just sit there for 20 minutes.

Very convenient but spot test first
I was a bit skeptical but purchased anyway. 1. When I applied it started burning the scalp. It is not that I could not bear, but definitely more than the other chemical based hair dye or henna based dyes. In fact, henna based hair dyes never caused any problem. It is just that you have to wait much longer once you apply. 2. Set the reminder on Alexa for 25 minutes and took shower 3. Instructions tell you not to wash for 6 hours. I took it as not to apply shampoo or conditioner. However, my hair was very clumpy with plain water rinse. So, I ended up applying an organic shampoo and noticed it leave a little bit of color, but in the end hair felt much softer and silky which lasted a couple of days. It has been only one attempt so far, but I think the convenience is great appeal. It did not stain my skin either. Worth a try for anyone with a lot of grey hair, but be sure to spot test.
