Will this glow in the dark, without a black light?

No, it will only glow under black lights.

I read that some will not glow with an led black light. I’m using solar led lights. Will this product glow?

I’ve used all forms of black light; from the cheap bulbs to led lights. The UV paint has a great reaction (glow) even though there is a noticeable difference in intensity of glow between different lights, it does picks up everywhere it lays it. This is my go to brand for any black light work I do. Hope this helps.

Will the paint chip if applied on walls?

You can use it on the walls, but it will not show up if you mix it with other paint or paitn over it with other paint.

Will this glow by itself (used alone ) or does it need a medium ?

Actually this is the medium, and yes under a blacklight it will glow even by itself, but only with a blacklight. I mix it with regular paints to make then blacklight reactive. Or with paint powder. Works even better when mixed with neon or blacklight reactive paint ect.
