Such a nice item. Took a while to put together but I like the challenge, well worth it. Easy instructions and looks great. Not cheap.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is a beautiful piece of furniture! Delivery was quick, both pieces arrived at the same time. Everything was packed very well. There were a couple of dings, dents and punctures in the cardboard but the product was surrounded by thick, dense Styrofoam so no damage was done to the items. Each piece was flawless, no scratches or dents, all hardware was present including extra hardware. The pictures in the directions could have been a bit bigger and a bolder font for older people that can't see as well but it was very easy to follow and very easy to put together. We took our time so we didn't make any mistakes and have to backtrack. It took us about 4.5 hours from start to finish. One thing we did modify was we drilled pilot holes for the small wood screws which made it easier to screw the screws into the material without stripping it out. All holes lined up correctly. This is a sturdy piece of furniture and well worth the money. The fireplace is very quiet and the lighting adds a nice touch. The glass doors have hinges that quietly close and pull themselves shut. Cons: Wood screw holes should be pilot drilled Wish the opening for the A/V equipment was taller. Our tallest component is 7.5" high and would not fit in the 6" shelf opening so the larger components have to sit on top of the stand which distracts from the stand's beauty. The only thing this unit did not have that other units had was a power strip with USBs mounted in the shelf area to plug components into. We added our own power strip but it would look a lot cleaner if the power strip was recessed into the shelf. Needs bigger pictures and bolder font in the directions.

This electric fireplace tv console has made all my cozy dreams come true. I am a sucker for a fireplace and have been woefully without one for years. How I didn’t know these existed is beyond me, but I’m so glad I ran into one on display at Costco! I researched different options, and I felt this one most closely fit our vibe. It arrived a week earlier than anticipated (yay!) and came in two large boxes. My husband put it together in about three hours with minimal grumbling and no expletives. There are a lot of parts, but instructions were clear, all parts were included, and pre drilled holes were accurate. We need to work a little tightening the doors to close up the gaps, but both doors and drawers have soft latch closures and work nicely. The piece itself is beautiful. The creamy exterior combines with a brown wood top to create a really nice farmhouse feel. The middle opening could be re-thought a bit because it’s geared more towards a 90s/2000s electronic device holder than anything else. It’s a little bit shorter than our previous console, but I like looking at our television instead of up, so it works for me. I wish the lights in the shelving area didn’t match the flames, but that’s really my only gripe. The fire place itself is magical! You can set it to just light up or to light up and heat. I mostly run the light half the day. It truly tricks you into thinking you have a fireplace. It’s beautiful. The heating element is super nice. It is a soft hum when on, and it does a fairly decent job heating up our large living room. My cats are also very fond of the heat. I have zero regrets in buying this piece. My only regret is that I didn’t do it much sooner.

There was a shipping problem that caused our order to arrive a week late. The seller communicated well and provided updated shipping info so weren't waiting in the dark. Sometimes stuff happens and they handled it well so we were satisfied on that end. It comes in two very heavy boxes so have someone to help you. The boxes were really well-packed with ample Styrofoam and everything arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were very easy to follow and all parts were marked with numbered stickers. There was no missing hardware and a bag of extra parts was included, which is nice. The included tube of white glue isn't nearly enough, we used Gorilla wood glue instead. My wife and I worked together and got it assembled in a few hours! It looks great! The glass doors look great and we like the lighted cabinets on the sides. The cabinets are soft-closing and the drawer hardware operates smoothly. The fireplace heater looks great and runs virtually silent, and it heats the space well. The included remote allows you to change the flame color, intensity, and speed. Once assembled it's a sturdy piece, but it goes together like most stuff from IKEA so we will move it with care when that time comes. We priced these at furniture stores and couldn't find anything comparable for less than $1000, so we consider this a great value. Highly recommended! (Our TV in the photo is 65")

UPDATE: just want to express how happy I am with the unit. Very much enjoying waking up to a beautiful piece of furniture, turning on the “fireplace” and heating up the space very quickly on these cold winter mornings. I’ve included a 2nd photo of the piece with the matching corner cabinet I purchased from the same company. I cannot recommend highly enough. The unit came in two separate shipments. Box 2, which is the fireplace, first. It was extremely well packed and every piece was identified with a number and the hardware was labeled with both a number or a letter making the instructions incredibly clear. Make no mistake, this unit is an absolute beast to assemble however as I’ve mentioned it’s impeccably labeled and clear so if you take your time and are able to bend or sit on the floor you’ll be okay. It took me alone two full days to assemble and I needed my son to wrap up in the final 3 steps because this old body, I’m 64 with a lot of physical challenges, couldn’t take too much more. The fireplace is gorgeous and I enjoy the lighted side cabinets however as others have remarked you can choose to leave these disconnected during assembly. I did have only one issue with the fireplace. The instructions state that the “Flame” button changes the colors. It does not. The flame button turns the “flame” on and off. It’s the + button that changes the color of the flame. The issue is that I had great difficulty getting customer service to understand that. For three days (Overnight as they are in China) they kept responding with “Yes, the instructions say the flame button…etc and kept missing the point that the instructions jpg. That they replied with were wrong and not what they were saying in their response. Finally, they understood and apologized and offered a $30 refund for my time although it’s unclear how they’re going to send it but I’ll gladly accept. Still, a small price to pay for such an impressive piece of furniture.Ive also purchased the matching corner cabinet not yet assembled. Picture attached. UPDATE 2 10/20/25: The fireplace stopped working and with only a couple of weeks left in the warranty OKD returned my message overnight humbly offering to replace the unit which of course I accepted. Within a week my replacement arrived and, with quite a bit of work to move the TV and furniture, it was replaced and working perfectly. Overall, even with some hiccups my experience with this company has been nothing short of excellent and I strongly recommend them. Many large purchases can have an issue but You should buy with confidence from OKD. I, very glad I did!

​This Fireplace TV Stand is worth the effort, even if assembly takes about five hours. Why? Because the payoff is huge! The 3D log flames deliver incredible vibes—way better than a screen—and it can blast serious heat into your room. It adds so much to a townhome where a real fireplace isn’t an option. Just grab a friend for the heavy boxes. Overall, an easy 100/10 hygge score! It has added a lot to our living room, feels sturdy but of note it does use cam locks, wood pegs, and glue. Given the weight I'd definitely recommend MINIMIZING the amount of movement after assembly (like dont assemble in a different room than you plan to have it in). It is solid and very stable, but the more moving you do with it the more stress it will put on those securement devices. Storage is solid, fits all the stuff we had in our old stand with room to spare. There were extra parts in the assembly kit which was nice (snapped a cam lock over tightening and lost a screw), just wait till BOTH packages show up because not need to be there to assemble in one go.

I purchased the assembly service from amazon and the company’s representative was very professional, organized and efficient. It’s a very nice looking unit once completed! Glass shelf inside door unit & 1 drawer on each side. Drawers are about 9”x10.5”. Fits well under TV, has a good weight to feel sturdy, and assembly instructions were clear for the assembler I hired. I can adjust heat temp or no heat, height and speed of flames, as well as color (and back color if tours has this feature). Just needs one plug-in outlet. Took me a few months to find the one I liked, and I’m very happy with my choice.

This is a quality furniture piece. I'm not gonna lie, it was a 3 hour assembly task for me, but it was worth it. The materials are very good quality and there was only one issue with the engineering (I'll get into that later). All the holes lined up perfectly, there were no missing parts, the packaging was stellar (I'll add more later), the shipping was fast, seller response was quick and accurate.... we're just super pleased with it and it looks great. Pros: * The fireplace is stylish. I love the extended glass front, it looks great. * The fireplace is very solid. * Tight fits, base fasteners are long and it is very strong and sturdy. * Hinges and drawers are sturdy with no wobble or flex. * Heater and lights work great and look amazing. Cons: * FedEx delivered it with lots of outer carton damage. We immediately contacted seller who advised us to open the package to inspect and identify damage and they would replace. They also said the packaging was designed to protect the items and even though one entire corner was crushed, only one piece was cracked (item #32) and it did not need to be replaced. *On the right side of Item #2 there should have been a slot to receive the back panel Item #33, which was not there. This affected the bottom base Item #3 from being properly attached in step 18. After we identified the issue, we removed the back panel #33 and sanded it down so that the base Item #3 could be flush. No big deal, but some people may not have the ability to make modifications and this could be a significant problem when attaching the base. We love the fireplace, it looks awesome in our room and would recommend it for sure.

Even though this was meant for U.S. specs, customer service got a hold of me and took enough money off for us to get a voltage converter. It is a beautiful piece and it works very well! Its sturdy, we have a 75 inch tv on it. And its elegant. The fireplace looks pretty realistic as realistic as it can get and the heating element works nicely. If you are okay using a voltage converter when needed i recommend this. Very happy with it!

Fijne mooie haard, klein beetje moeite om in elkaar te zetten maar het resultaat mag er zijn. Zeer tevreden hiermee, wel een dingetje is dat de stekkers niet in hetzelfde stopcontact mag zitten als je de verwarming gebruikt, waarom weet ik ook niet. Het zou ook handig zijn om een technische tekening of verklaring erbij te hebben.

This product is advertised as reclaimed barn wood but is actually MDF. The top surface had a crack in the veneer from the front to the back. which was obviously there when it was packed. This item was double the price available from other vendors and the seller will not accept responsibility for the damage. Very disappointing product.

Kam kaputt an, Abwicklung gestaltet sich schwierig und langwierig. Produkt nicht für den deutschen Markt ausgelegt. Stecker passt nicht und Spannung auch falsch. Nichts davon steht in der Beschreibung!
