Attachments Fly Off Constantly
Although this is a lightweight blow dryer which is great, DO NOT BUY this dryer if you like to use the attachments. They fly off of the blow dryer constantly. This is a huge defect of this dryer, and I reached out to the manufacturer about this, and although I am sure they are well aware of this, they did nothing.

Best Hairdryer
This is a small but powerful hair dryer. It is super light and drys your hair quicker than other blow dryers. It is pricey but worth it.

The perfect blow dryer
Great experience with the seller. It was delivered fast and exactly as described. The packaging felt very high end and the blow dryer itself is lightweight and strong enough to dry my thick hair fast. Very happy with my purchase!

The nozzles will fly off
I love everything about this blow dryer EXCEPT that the nozzles will not fully secure, I need to make sure they are pressed on super tight before every blow dry or they will go flying across the salon and sometimes, even if I do double check, they will still fly! I contacted customer service and after sending photos and a video of me showing that they won’t secure they finally sent replacement nozzles but they are exactly the same and they still fly off. I know the new models have magnetic ones but beware, this model does not!

Will not last!
Worked great until it didn’t. Lasted six months then quit. Had been cleaned weekly. Now occasionally starts, runs 10 seconds, then quits. Definitely not worth the money.

Excellent lightweight professional dryer
Love it! It’s so lightweight yet so powerful it really shortens my drying time. The cord is super long which I don’t need for personal use, bur I’m sure it’s really important for professionals. My hairdresser has one which is how I discovered this gem.

Defective, save your money
Do not purchase this item. It stopped working after less than 2 months' of use. I cleaned it exactly as instructed, and took good care of it. It suddenly stopped running and troubleshooting did not help. The return window has passed. I am extremely frustrated.
