VERY Useful- Deserves 6 Stars!!
We have used this adapter more times than I can count. It worked great in the Czech Republic and Germany, and also in Australia (which uses a totally different plug style). Keep in mind- this is merely an adapter, NOT a voltage converter. That said, Apple iPhones already handle the different voltages in other countries, and I suspect that other phones might do the same. My Norelco shaver doesn’t need a voltage converter either, so this adapter works for most anything we travel with. We DO have a converter, but rarely need it in any country. Note that you can plug in an electrical appliance ALONG WITH 4 USB devices at the same time. On a trip to Europe, the outlet we needed to use already had a lamp plugged in. No problem! This adapter has a clever outlet of its own that will accept ANY plug in any country. So- We plugged the lamp into the adapter, then used the adapter in the walk outlet, and had the 4 USB ports available for devices. Sweet! **This adapter has been just as handy for traveling here at home in the US as well. If we go on a weekend getaway or even for an overnight visit with out-of-town friends, there is no need to take separate chargers for 3 or 4 different devices. We just take this plug and are able charge phones, tablets, and my watch. This inexpensive adapter has been one of the most useful travel accessories I’ve ever purchased anywhere. If you travel, you NEED this!

No complaints! Buy with confidence!
I was apprehensive ordering this as there are so many different similar ones available on Amazon and it seemed unclear which actually worked. We took this on a trip to London, Iceland, Norway, and Denmark to charge our phones, iPad, baby monitor, and MacBook Pro. Worked great!! Since most of the plugs are USB it did not fall out of the socket in the Airbnb’s that we stayed, since it wasn’t being weighed down by multiple heavy plugs. We bought this version over models only with USB and USB-C because we needed the higher power output that the traditional plug provided to power our MacBook Pro. A USB-C would not push enough wattage, which took a lot of googling for me to figure out! We never had to use the extra fuse, though it was nice to have just in case. Very straightforward operation meant we didn’t have to carry the directions around with us. Huge plus when you’re trying to pack light. Would buy again, though hopefully I won’t need to since it powers all the devices we need all at the same time!

So far so good.
So far it seems like it will work perfectly. I've tested it with recharging my headphones on a wall outlet. Both via USB and without. So far so good. The blue LED light on it seems like a good night light if I'm leaving something plugged in for awhile. We'll see about durability while I'm traveling abroad soon. For simplicity I'm pairing this with the Anker powercube extension cord with USB ports also. I've tried it on my local power and no problems. Update: one thing I've noticed is that the USB power outlets do not deliver as much power as I was expecting. So the reviews mentioning that were right. One additional note. Be ABSOLUTELY certain that every time you use the sliders you push the opposing button down first. Otherwise the sliders will break and likely freeze the power adapters in their position. Final update: one year on. I've used it lightly myself. It does it's job as a plug adapter fine. Again the USB outlets are weak. Otherwise no change. It's been durable for light occasional use.

Nifty device that works with most standard things one travels with
bought this for a trip to France. PROS: the USB ports were awesome because it eliminated the need to bring my iPhone cube and allowed for multiple devices to be charged at a time (two phones, a fitbit, and an iPad). The compact design (the prongs don't stick out) was nice too. Also liked the blue indicator light so you know power is going through it (in case something shows as not working) and the extra fuse in case it burns out. CONS: when plugged into most outlets, the USB ports were on the bottom so it was awkward to plug them in and then the cord was kind of bent weirdly depending on where the outlet was. (there was one place we stayed at where the outlet was on the table surface, and that was great!) It also doesn't work with "high voltage" items like the steamer or hair straightener I brought even though the voltage it can conduct hass more capacity than each of those items use. I suppose its a 120V vs. 240v thing. I was able to use another power adapter (the plain kind) with the steamer, but it didn't work the same way as it does at home. It would shoot steam out for about 5 seconds, then turn off for about 10 seconds, then back on and steam for 5 seconds... power change thing wasn't noticeable with the hair straightener. Bottom line, it's a nifty device, and works with most standard things one travels with (phone, camera, laptop, watch) but if you have other items like me- it's better to bring a device specifically for EU power

THIS IS ABSOLUTE MUST BUY!!!! If you are traveling overseas, just add this to your cart!
AN ABSOLUTE MUST BUY! If you are traveling overseas or anywhere in the world, this must be with you when you travel. This is one of the best purchases I have made for travelling. The 4 USB ports are clutch because between 2 phones, 2 headphones and 2 fitbits, it can charge up to four devices simultaneously and fairly quickly. I am impressed with this device. My girlfriend also gives it 5 stars. It is easy to store, very durable and works in every outlet. From London to Amsterdam and currently in Reykjavik, it is doing its job. I cannot wait for our next adventure so we can use it again. If you missed it, I will say it again. If you are traveling overseas, THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST BUY! Thank me later and thank you SAUNORCH!

Upgrading my rating to 5 stars
I bought this unit based on the favorable reviews and was disappointed when the unit stopped supplying power to the A/C device that I had plugged into it (the jacks for the four USB devices worked perfectly without interruption). Anyhow, having paid $20 or so for this, I was hoping it would work longer and I contacted the manufacturer, initially by email. I got no response and left a one-star review, but then I tried contacting the manufacturer through Amazon's message system and I got a prompt response. The manufacturer suggested that I try installing the replacement fuse that came in the box with the unit. I had no idea that the thing had a fuse in it, but fortunately I still had the original box and the fuse that came with it. I plugged in the fuse and now the A/C port is working fine again. The manufacturer was kind enough to mail me some replacement fuses in case this happens again (I had trouble finding an exact match for the fuse online). Anyhow, if you look at the 1-star reviews, the manufacturer contacts people who are disappointed and offers to make things right. You really have to admire companies that go the extra mile to support end users. So, I am now rating this product and the manufacturer 5 stars.

Absolutely perfect for bouncing around the EU
We just returned from a trip to Ireland and Iceland and this little guy was one of the best tools we brought on the trip. We paired this guy with a small electronics bag designed to carry electronics and cables, plus this little guy: Power Strip, Anker PowerPort Cube, 3 Outlets and 3 USB Ports with Switch Control, Overload Protection, 5 ft Cable, for iPhone XS/Max/XR and More, Ultra-Compact for Travel and Office [UL Listed ]. Over the course of 8 days, we hit 4 VRBOs so we did a lot of packing and unpacking. When doing that much movement with the usual phones, smart watches, tablets, etc., it can be daunting. This made it a breeze. Aside from the easy form figure, the 4 USB ports came in handy. Since most bedrooms only have an outlet on one side of the bed, I would plug in all my electronics into this adapter via the USB ports and then my wife would plug hers in through the extension strip linked above. Being blue honestly helped one time because it stands out. When you do your last run through the room trying to make sure you didn't forget anything, this guy pops out at you. This wasn't something I had considered when I purchased it, but wow did it come in handy and save us from having to buy another. That said, we probably will be buying at least one more for our next trip because I'd love to pop them in several outlets around our next VRBO when we travel. Another feature I hadn't considered is that it is a US plug to US plug as well which means that I don't have to wait for another travel to use this. I can use it here at home a 4-port power hub in the office. Very handy and a great value. Highly recommend for a "buy once and never worry about again" type of product

Works across most countries
I honestly haven’t found a country this doesn’t work in and I do really like the fact that it’s an all in one so no extra parts or attachments to remember to bring. I keep it in my carryon so I never forget it and the bright blue colour makes it easy to spot so I don’t forget it in a wall of my hotel room. Works great. Haven’t had an issue yet and I’ve taken this from Mexico through Europe to the Middle East. It’s definitely a must for the international traveler.
