Very comfy, got it for my office, the chairs there were hurting my back, this one is first in a comfortable way, hight is great, and the foot rest is an excellent addition.

Honestly the BEST office chair I’ve ever owned. Currently using it during pregnancy and has eased all my back pain.

I bought this chair for my husband (6ft, 120Kg+), as he has been using a very basic office chair since the pandemic and now he has started experiencing some lower back pain as the chair did not offer any lumbar support. Delivery and Installation: 5 stars (as per expectation) The chair arrived on time and I had also selected the installation service, though the installation was straightforward, having the team do it saved a lot of effort and time for us, but it could’ve been easily done within 30 – 45 mins by my husband and I. Look and Feel: 5 Stars The chair looked something fit for a CEO / Executive, it is LARGE, we had to figure out how to get it into my husband’s office as it was broader than the door frame. The materials feel premium and the chair itself is very comfortable. The foot rest is a nice touch/gimmick that does not add value for a large person like my husband, but for me, it was a nice addition, if ever I wanted to curl up with a book or be more relaxed while watching something. The seat cushion is very deep and broad to accommodate people of all sizes, my husband found it to be very comfortable. Ergonomics: 3 Stars This is where the problem lies, the chair offers very little lumbar / lower back support and is not really suited for someone who spends a lot of time typing or working on computers. Like I mentioned earlier, this chair is more for an executive, who probably reclines back in his chair as others present or for someone who really does not need to use his laptop/PC a lot. My husband even tried adding an extra lower back cushion, but it still did not help. The other issue is you cannot adjust the back supports and handrests at all, so you end up with an uncomfortable position to really work on PC. Furthermore, the width of the seat also prevents the user to actually reach the height adjustment and back adjustment levers and most of the time you would need to get up from the chair to use these and end up with multiple iterations till you have the chair in the right position. Due to these issues, I am returning the chair and will now begin the hunt for a more ergonomic chair.

Its comfortable for the money. But the Footrest holder is plastic and it broke in 3 months. So cannot use footrest anymore.

After more than 45 years of purchasing office chairs and office furniture, I can confidently say this is one of the finest office chairs I've ever owned. It delivers exceptional comfort, outstanding build quality, and remarkable value for the price. The chair is solidly constructed and feels extremely durable. The lumbar support is excellent, providing the right amount of support without feeling intrusive. The seat cushion strikes an ideal balance between firmness and softness, using a high-quality, resilient foam that remains supportive even after extended use. I spend between 8 and 12 hours a day in this chair, and it remains consistently comfortable from morning to evening. One feature I particularly appreciate is that the backrest stays exactly where I set it and doesn't gradually recline or rock. The height adjustable armrests are another standout feature. They offer excellent support and can be lowered enough to slide comfortably beneath my desk, preventing any interference while I work. The reclining function and retractable footrest are thoughtful additions. While I don't typically use my office chair as a recliner, it's a feature I'm glad to have available when needed. It's one of those extras that you may not use every day, but you'll appreciate having when the occasion arises. Assembly was straightforward, thanks to the clear, well-written instructions. From opening the box to sitting in the finished chair, the entire process took approximately 38 minutes. Overall, this chair has exceeded my expectations in every respect. It's comfortable enough for all-day use, exceptionally well built, and offers features and quality typically found in much more expensive office chairs. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a premium office chair at an excellent value.

I’ve been looking for a new office/gaming chair for several days to replace my old ones and came across this EXCEBET big and tall executive chair. I have to say, IT IS AN AMAZING and COMFY chair!! My main focus was comfort and lumbar support and this chair checked both box! The assembly took about 30 min, it’s simple and straightforward! If you look on YouTube they have a 1min installation video which is extremely helpful! I requested the short gas cylinder and the support team responded within few hours and is willing to ship it for free! After all, I am very satisfied with my purchase! I’m very sure this chair will last me another few years!
