Silicone Soap Molds Rectangle Handmade Small Loaf Bar DIY Swirl Making Mould

The silicone mold worked really well for me when I made my melt and pour soap. I didn't want to make a huge loaf so this is about a half loaf. It's high quality silicone, sturdy and durable but still allows the soap to come out easily. It is definitely worth the money and also very easy to use.

Excellent small batch mold. Perfect for five 4 oz bars. Holds shape well, creating nice straight bars. Easy to unmold. Actually purchased a second as a back up.

These are great molds. They retain their shape when filled. I got these for making soap with my grandkids abd it was perfect. They're also good for trying out new batches or designs without having to waste a full size mold full of batter.

I usually make soap 2lbs at a time in the longer silicone trays, but it is really nice to have a 1lb mold to test out recipes without making soap that might not work out or be a waste. The size and shape is really perfect. However, I do wish It came with a wooden mold. Sometimes I pour it in the mold (without the wood shape) and the sides bow out a bit (see the black bar in the photo). Not a big deal for me, as I'm normally performing test recipes, but it's not a super straight side wall. Still worth it to me, but thats my only real critique.

I love these small molds. They are perfect for 5 bars of soap and they are very sturdy not flimsy they are thick and hold their shape. Love the color and getting the soap out is very easy. They are definitely worth the money.

I bought this silicone mold to make small soaps and candles, and it works really well. The silicone is flexible and sturdy, so everything comes out easily without breaking. It’s also very easy to clean and reuse. The only thing is it’s a little smaller than I expected, but overall I’m very happy with it.

Perfect mold for a half loaf of soap. I had a small order for three bars of soap, so this works perfectly to make four 5oz bars and one 3oz, instead of making a whole batch of 11 bars. This will ensure freshness of my soap bars for my customers. Yes, the mold buckles when it if filled with liquid, BUT there is an easy fix for that….simply put the half mold into a loaf mold box and the problem is solved. Also, not sure why some reviews are stating that it is difficult to get the soap loaf out of the mold. That is probably because they’re not allowing the soap to fully cure before trying to remove it? Not sure. My soap stayed in the mold for 48 hours before removing and it popped right out. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe. Material is thick, so the durability seems stable. Scent doesn’t linger behind either, so I feel comfortable making different half loaves with different scents. It also doesn’t stain, which is a plus since I make a lot of turmeric soap and I don’t have to worry about turmeric sticking to a different loaf of soap. I’ll definitely order more once wear and tear begins to appear, if any. All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Very sturdy mold that is larger than I personally need. Holds easily 1200ml. Was a bit hard to unmold my CP soap due the sturdiness of the mold but then again it didn’t bulge and the soap had sharp angles. Overall very nice for soap

I was looking for a soap mold for smaller one pound loafs of soap. Sometime you just dont want to use up too much of your oils for a new soap recipe you find on the internet. And you just want to try it. This mold is like that for me. Its pretty sturdy and looks and feels like it will stand up but I havent tried it yet because I wasnt sure how much oils it holds. Until yesterday. I found the information by accident on facebook. This mold measures 4.875 inches long X 2.625 inches across X 2.875 inches high. so if you multiply 4.875 by 2.625 by 2.875 you get 36.79 this is the volume of the mold. Then you multiply 36.79 by .40 you get 14.7 . this 14.7 is the amount of ounces this mold holds. Then you use this 14.7calculation in one of the online soap calculators under "Weight of oils "in ounces .you can adjust your size of the batch you can use in this mold. Im hoping to use the mold soon now that I have the amount of oils it will hold. Im very happy with this Rectangle Silicone test mold and highly recommend it for smaller batches of soap.
