Saves hours of work with shears and cutters
Extremely easy to set up, not too big to store and does an excellent job of shredding small branches, twigs and foliage. Also comes with a strong collection bag. Now I use the shredded mulch to put around the shrubs to keep the soil from drying out too fast on sunny days and to cover the flower beds to help stop weeds growing. The soil will also benefit from the mulch when it finally rots into the ground. I am very pleased with this machine for the price and it has saved me hours of work with cutters and shears.

Great for mulching, not bad for price!
Great item. Arrived on time, easily put together... make sure you read instructions before use, if anything for safety. Chipped/mulched with excellent results. My only criticism - very noisy - don't forget to put your earphones in!

Garden Shredder - Does what you'd expect, no problems
Product exactly as described. Delivered 3 days before earliest estimate. Used immediately to great effect for shredding quite large cuttings from hawthorn hedge (up to 6 or 7 m in length). Cuts diameter of up to 45mm. Didn't experience any jamming. Easy to use, but quite noisy. Ear defenders are a bonus if you have them. Feeds through quickly. Saved so much time compared to manually cutting up what was cut off and reduces space taken in garden waste. Shredded bits could be used for mulching. Would recommend.

Really bad until I sharpened the blades. Caveat emptor.
As delivered, this was a 1 star product. I used it twice, then stuck it in the shed for 3 months out of frustration. It could barely shred anything, got blocked constantly, overheated all the time and needed to be cooled down and reset. Eventually, I bit the bullet and took out the two blades, sharpened them and tried it again. Finally, it was actually worth owning! After sharpening, it's able to shred decent sized sticks consistently. However, it still gets blocked more than I would like due to shredded material building up in the outlet. Therefore 3 stars.

Can’t open to sort the belt. Broke first use
One use, blades won’t spin, Internet says it will be the belt but it’s impossible to open to change or sort. Very disappointed

Almost perfect
Very pleased with my purchase. Cuts up very fine, ideal for mulch. Only one issue, the length of the power cord. Very very disappointing at about one foot long, I ask you !!!!!

Simple to put together.
Easy to put together although the instructions mentioned overload protection and the need to press the reset button. Couldn’t find a reset button so assume it is a different design to the one in the instructions Fig 2. No big deal.
