Finally after trying everything others used from blogs, websites and Dr.'s this is the only product that relieved my lichen sclerosis. No more painful bleeding ulcers, itching, splits and burning. It heals and relieves the itching and burning immediately. I ordered a .5 oz jar in October and still have half left. Stops the itching all together and I mean immediately. Heals quickly and best of all it doesn't smell. Very inexpensive too. I've used both together for major flare ups.

I use this for my LS amongst other things. Long time user. Highly recommend. (My husband hates the rubber smell? I could care less for what I use it for! If it works, who cares!?) Don’t expect a cure, but it is very helpful! When I’m not using this or saving it for the nighttime? I also use Bee Magic Skin Balm (during the day) when I have active lesions. I appreciate this company because they never set out to develop a product for LS, but they have tried very hard to to help those of us who struggle with it. Again, I always come back to them. For those of you that suffer? You are not alone. It has been a long hard depressing road. Sometimes it is very tolerable. Sometimes not. Recommendations… anti-inflammatory diet. Fasting for healing. Get processed foods out of your life! Work to lower your toxic load! Red light. Currently, I am trying ivermectin cream because that’s one thing I’ve never tried and it is showing promise with a variety skin issues. What do I have to lose? Steroids cause atrophy amongst other side effects. They are NOT a cure. Lifting a prayer for you right now. May you find healing and comfort. I know it is so discouraging. 😔

I've had this product for a couple of years recommended by my dermatologist for lichen sclerosis. It helped somewhat, but not totally. Finally after not using it for a long time, I began using it on my overly dry, cracked heels and feet. My heels are now much improved and the improvement occurred in less than a week. Yes, I hate the smell, but it seems to work. I was using another product on my feet, and that one is hard to come by lately, so on a whim began using the Perrin cream. The smell is tough to handle, however.

I bought this with the hope that it would help with my lichen sclerosis. This did not work for me. I had an extreme flair in the area. I won't use this again for the lichen sclerosis, but it may be helpful for something else. So, my opinion, very expensive and didn't work for me.

Does not work and smells rotten.

I was having a problem with rashes and itchy skin and tried every over the counter lotion I could find with no luck. I had read about Perrin Creme Complete in an online article and figured it wouldn't hurt to try it. Glad I did! I have no idea why, but it works immediately and over time, my rash disappeared completely. The creme is very thick and just a tiny dab does the job. I bought this for a skin disorder, but find it a great facial moisturizer. A fingertip dipped in the container is enough to cover my entire face and my facial skin seems much brighter. The biggest complaint I had heard about this product is the smell. Some think it smells awful, but I don't think it's bad at all. It doesn't smell like a lot of lotions or cremes, flowery or soapy, but it has a very distinct herbal aroma. If you like the smell of incense or essential oils, you'll like this.

I was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosis (LS) and was suffering with constant pain and crazy itching. My skin was very thin and very easily broken, and had lost pigment . My doctor said there was no cure and the cortisone cream did little to help, while it eased the itching, it thinned my skin and made it extremely sensitive. Then I found Perrins Natural creams while searching the internet for LS support and tips for living with LS from other LS suffers. After reading the reviews, I purchased both the Nutra Cream and the Cream Complete. I've been using them twice a day for about 3 weeks now and these creams work, my skin is no longer overly sensitive and its overall condition is improving, the pigment is returning to the affected area, I'm no longer in constant pain. I add a cup of baking soda to my daily baths, soak for 10 to 15 minutes then apply the Perrins creams after drying off. I highly recommend this product for the treatment of LS.

This did absolutely nothing for my relatively mild lichen sclerosis, and I did give it a good 4 weeks of regular use before giving up. It just burned every single time I applied it (although the burning did not take long to subside) and I saw no noticeable difference in the condition of my skin. My LS is under control with the prescribed medication twice a week and I've found that plain old jojoba oil is a better "off day" application that keeps me feeling comfortable, so I won't be trying the Creme Complete again. Maybe I'll try it as an overnight neck cream and see if it's any good for regular aging skin. The smell is strong and I won't use it during the day.
