Works great with Scooters!
I purchased the Portable Wheelchair Ramp 5FT Jan 2025, and it has proved to be perfect for the space I have in my home. The design provides a smooth transition, making it easy and comfortable to navigate with my mobility scooter. The non-slip surface offers excellent traction and gives me added confidence and peace of mind. One of the features I appreciate most is its lightweight, portable, and easy to use anywhere. Despite being easy to carry and move, the ramp feels extremely sturdy and durable. The built-in handle makes transportation simple, and setup takes only a few seconds. It has worked perfectly for accessing rooms at my home and has greatly improved my mobility and independence. One feature to be aware of are the flanges on the sides. I know they are meant to keep the scooter from going off the side but, if you start up the ramp at an angle when you're on the scooter, you can throw yourself off balance and the scooter can roll on its side. Overall, this ramp is well-made, reliable, and practical. If you're looking for a safe, durable, and easy-to-use scooter wheelchair ramp, I highly recommend this 5FT aluminum model.

A Good Portable Wheelchair Ramp
I am very pleased with my VNN portable wheelchair ramp. It is sturdy and secure; and it truly is portable, being very easy both to set up and to fold up and carry. It works quite well with my mobility scooter. Thank you VNN!

good ramp, used for post surgery for dog
I bought this for my dog who tore his acl, needed surgery, and wasn't allowed to do steps or jump in and out of the car. I had a previous more normal dog ramp that wasn't wide enough for my dog, so I bought this wheel chair ramp because I wanted to make sure my dog was safe. I've mainly used it for my dog to go outside down a couple of patio steps. So I had set in place and it stayed there for weeks. It was very helpful and effective for that. The length was vital and worked well. It was easy to open up and set in place. Sturdy and solid for my 250lb self and 60 lb dog to walk up and down, though it has a little give to it. Since I'm in the midwest, the grip texture is great to prevent slipping most of the time. With snow and ice though, it does get very slick. I shoveled it off and put some pet safe salt on the ramp to prevent that. I did fold it back up and move it to use with my SUV to take my dog for post surgery folowup visits since he's not allowed to jump into car and heavy to lift in.. It does work well for that too and folds up nicely to fit easily in my back seat. However, for a time or two that's great... but for long term use that gets to be old. It's difficult to fold up and put away while also dealing with an excited dog. It also does take up the whole back seat. For my purposes, that was all fine and livable. It's wide width was excellent for my dog, especially when he was unstable with a limp. For long term use, I'd go back to a more compact dog car ramp when he's healed. I think it would do well for its intended purpose of a wheel chair ramp that is occasional use portable.

Great for the price
I measured our steps in advance to see which size option would suit us best. We have only two steps, but they are unusually tall. The total height we need to clear is 16 inches. The 7 foot ramp works for us. We probably could have gone with a shorter, cheaper model; Although the effort needed to push someone up would be greater. The ramp barely fits in a doorway, but still works for us; We can't close the door with it deployed, so we just fold it up after each use. There's no instructions, but it was easy to figure out after a moment of trial and error. It's a little rickety, but great for the price, and it seems like it will last us a long time. Due to our dryer machine, the ramp has to swing to the side a little, but it narrowly still fits. We just have to make sure the top lip of the ramp is as flat as possible on the upper stair. There are abrasive pads at the bottom to keep it from slipping.

Very functional
This is well made, sturdy and easy to move. It folds together and locks or unlocks with insertion of a metal pin. Then you grab it by a handle on the side and carry it like a long briefcase. Since it is made from aluminum it is not heavy. Good tread on top for a slip free surface. I would buy again

Perfect for temporary and portable ramp for wheelchair access
I bought this one and a 4ft one for my front entrance to allow for wheelchair access. there are two sets of steps in my front entrance so these were perfect. I can confirm it supports at least 400lbs (myself + the wheelchair + person in wheel chair). I never felt like it was going to fail while using it. we leave it outdoors all the time and the non-slip surface remained but the yellow sticker on the side started peeling. I would highly recommend.

Well built, but don't use the guide for figuring length! It'll be way too steep.
Very good product, but the purchase guide is all wrong. I went by the measurements provided in the chart when ordering, but that is no good for walker or wheelchair users. We had experts tell us that it was way too steep, even though I followed the guide to the letter. They also explained that this is a common problem. When you order, assume you'll need 2 to 4 times the length of what it tells you unless you're ordering for a cargo ramp. For elderly or disabled people, err on the longer side. It's also heavier than you think, & even though advertised as portable, needs to be secured for use. Another thing to watch out for is the length of your steps. I was barely able to install it because the hinge hangs down & nearly hit the concrete step. I suggest getting a string the length of what you want to buy, marking the midpoint, placing it between the 2 points the ramp will connect, & making sure a 4" wide obstacle will fit below it 3" in both directions from that midpoint.

Excelente producto
Excelente material, súper buen tamaño, funcional y práctica, se puede hacer más pequeña para transportar en el auto, solo considera que si es bastante pesada pero no imposible de cargar por una sola persona.
