At the time of writing, this review, there were 100% five-star ratings on this product, with many users praising the energy and weight loss. I have seen neither.The pills are bright red colour, easy to swallow and flavourless. Now I’ve been using these in conjunction with a strict calorie controlled diet and not much additional exercise. Were the other reviews all written by gym enthusiasts? I have not noticed any increase in my energy levels however, I must confess this does help me to keep on track. There is a little point watching my consumption all day and taking this £25 product to accompany my diet, and then cheating and having a cheeky bacon barm!I will continue with this product and monitor my weight loss closely and update my review accordingly.

Despite following the instructions (one in the morning after breakfast, and one at lunch or before your workout - drink a min of 2l of water), I'd spend most of the afternoon/evening feeling light-headed/dizzy and nauseus. I cut out the morning dose and just took one 1-2hrs before my gym session after work, which prevented the dizziness but I didn't notice any difference in my energy levels at training. I don't drink caffeine ever, so maybe it was the high caffeine dose in these that affected me badly. Overall it was a waste of money for me as I can't take two a day and one a day seems to do nothing.

You can feel the energy boost provided. It's not a " magical pill" diet and rest are major factors that can impact the general health. Used at the same time with amino to keep the muscle mass whilst pushing with cross training exercises and functional cardio.Feel the extra boost after it get in the blood stream always used 2 pills before training and always in the morning due to caffeine ingredients. Excellent value for money , Good quality, Easy to swallow.Perhaps if you can't tolerate caffeine that's a downside that you might want to take in consideration.

I thought this may help with additional weight loss. They seem to have an effect to reduce appetite, I am not sure how efficient they are at speeding up metabolism. Just 1 tablet to take in a morning and one before a workout. Easy to swallow as these are soft liquid filled capsules but they are quite large. And also bright red.

Not only does this help with my energy levels for fasted gym sessions most mornings, it also helped me to make my boxing weight for my fight. Great product and fully recommended.

I started taking these a week ago and I am already seeing a difference in my training! I have so much more energy, but don’t feel wired like so many other of these kinds of supplements. Can’t wait to see the results after months of use. Would 100% recommend!
