We don't often leave reviews for products but we are so pleased with the rechargeable FoodVille Milk Frother and the company's customer service, we wanted to share our experience. ( You will find some tips at the end of our review).First of all, it is a very powerful frother with 3 speeds. Since it is rechargeable and holds a strong charge for a month or more depending on how frequently we use it, and we use it several times a day, we no longer need to spend the money on batteries as we did with our old frother.Until we switched to the FoodVille frother, we had been using the PowerLix Milk Frother for two and a half years going through numerous ones that failed after only two to six months. The motor would just give up the ghost for no apparent reason. We kept with that product because we got a couple of free replacements and it was the most powerful one we could find (as long as we kept fresh batteries in them). Even though we recycle our batteries, for monetary and environmental reasons, we cringed at the frequency we had to change the batteries in the PowerLix frother. We finally got fed up with PowerLix when the last two we bought both failed within the first week. There are so many differently named frothers that look just like the PowerLix and probably come from the same factory, that we wanted something completely different. The FoodVille Milk Frother fit the bill.Now, what we are about to write may sound like a negative at first but ultimately it is not. Our first FoodVille Milk Frother had a flaw. The shaft inside the opening that the frother wand and mini-whisk attach to was slightly off-center causing a wobble when used. Despite this, the overall design and the power of the frother on the medium and especially the high setting are so good that it froths well anyway. If the PowerLix wand mentioned above was not well balanced and straight, it was almost impossible to froth our Bulletproof coffee. The frother would vibrate too badly and the power (rpms), though stronger than some frothers out there, was not powerful enough to overcome the problem.Even though the first FoodVille Milk Frother works well despite the flaw, like most people, we wanted a perfect item for our money. We contacted customer service at FoodVille and Elisa got back to us right away offering to send two new frother wands and two new mini-wisks for our trouble. We were out of town for a short trip and didn't respond for a couple of days so Elisa checked back in with us. When we got back to her via email letting her know that we accepted her offer, she had her company send them out immediately and we received them promptly. When we tried out the new attachments, we had the same issues as before. When we examined the frother even more carefully, wondering what was wrong, we realized the shaft inside the small hole of the body that the frother and mini-whisks attach to was slightly off center. Elisa had emailed to find out if we had received the attachments and if the problem had been resolved. We responded with what we thought was the ultimate problem and included pictures. She again got back to us right away and offered a gift card code to buy a replacement on Amazon.We received a new FoodVille Frother and it works perfectly well! The old FoodVille Frother, though a little noisier and little wobblier than our new one, is still working well. We want to point this out because, even with the flaw, our first FoodVille Milk Frother works a lot better than any of our PowerLix Frothers ever did. We are very pleased with FoodVille and Elisa at FoodVille's customer service.P.S. When you first receive your FoodVille Milk Frother, it should already have a charge though we charged ours some more using our iPhone brick. Any USB brick should work. Also, make sure to read the directions carefully about how to attach the frother wand and the mini-whisk to the body of the frother. In addition, there is no need to change out the attachment if you mainly use one attachment like we do. We leave the frother attachment on at all times. We clean it by spraying the frother wand with cleaner, turn the frother on and hold the wand attachment in running water in the sink. We are just careful not to let the main body of the frother get wet in the running water. This method only takes a few seconds. If we use the frother for more than just Bulletproof style coffee and it needs more thorough cleaning, we use a soapy sponge and/or turn it on and put the wand attachment in a glass of soapy water.

I'm loving the frother. I love the different level settings and the whisk attachment that came with it. I love the fact that it's rechargeable. It's very powerful and works like a dream. I like the design and the stand it comes with. It's my first frother and I'm very glad I went with Foodville!I'd like to add that Elisa from customer service was great! She helped confirm my free 2 yr warranty that comes with the company, which is a super plus for back up. She followed up with me to see how the product is working for me and if I was satisfied. Great customer service from Foodville as well!

I purchased the red frother. I like that it is a USB charging machine. It's high powered, and froths quickly.I had trouble with the frother attachment starting to get wobbly. Could have been my children using it. I contacted the company and they promptly sent new attachments. They kept in touch with me during shipment to let me know it was shipped and to check in to see if I received it as it showed I did. My post office did not have it. I did not believe it arrived here. The company said to let them know if I still could not track it down. Then, while looking in my appliance cabinet for something else, there were the attachments sitting on the shelf. Apparently, one of my five children received the package and opened it then put it away and didn't tell me. Customer service was stellar the whole time.I would definitely purchase from this company again.

I already had a frother but I bought this frother for two main reasons: First, because I wanted a rechargeable and second, because I wanted a longer wand to be able to use the frother in a deeper pitcher so I could froth higher volumes if necessary. The FoodVille frother met and exceeded both of my expectations. The unit has a lead (the submersible part of the wand) that is approximately 4.25 inches long vs. 3.5 inches long on my other unit. In addition to it being longer than my other unit, the FoodVille is significantly more powerful than my other unit so it easily handles larger volumes when necessary—my other unit simply can’t adequately froth higher volumes beyond a single serving. Moreover, because the FoodVille has variable speeds, lower volumes aren’t messy or over blended because the power is able to be regulated quite well. This FoodVille also goes a long way on a single charge; three adults in my household use this frother multiple times a day and a charge will last us well over a week before the unit needs to be recharged. To me, these two features alone easily justify the price of the unit and make it worth the purchase price in my opinion, but I got even more.After using the unit for about a month, it all of sudden stopped working while I was using it which was disappointing but, it did come with a two-year warranty (which I activated on the unit when I first received it), so I sent an email to the company and they responded within hours of my sending it. The representative was, apologetic, courteous, attentive and responsive. She registered the claim right away and with just the one email, I received a replacement unit at no cost to me in less than ten days. It was disappointing when the unit stopped working, but really quite impressive how quickly and effortlessly I was able to have the unit replaced. I can’t say enough about the attention that was given to me from the customer service representative—really stellar by today’s standards.The bottom line, to me, this unit is well worth the price for a variable-speed, wireless, rechargeable unit.Kudos to the folks at FoodVille.

I have been frothing the milk for my coffee daily at home for over 20 years.I also use the frother to mix a powered medicinal drink I have daily.I’ve used 3 different brands of frothers over this time, about 5 units in total.Two were damaged when the whisk bent after bumping against the counter.All these models used 2 AA alkaline batteries.The FoodVille MF02 Milk Frother I purchased in July 2022 has proven to be the best I’ve ever used. The Lithium-ion battery is much more powerful and lasts approximately 4-5 times as long as the 2 AA alkaline batteries. The 3 speeds are easy to select and with the most powerful speed you are able to mix thick fruit drinks. The whisk is much thicker than all the other models I’ve used and can handle a moderate bump without warping. It feels solid and reasonably well machined. It is balanced and comfortable to handle.I read several hundred reviews before I selected the FoodVille MF02 and most echoed the comments above. Unfortunately there were quite a few reviews that reported a failure after 8 to 12 months. But most of these reviewers were very satisfied with the quick & easy warranty replacement.My FoodVille MF02 simply stopped working in August 2023, almost exactly 12 months since it started daily use. It still charged and the led lights on the buttons lit but the motor didn’t engage. The unit was never dropped or abused in any way.I reached out to Foodville customer service by email and they very quickly shipped me a new unit. They did not require the return of the defective original. I am very impressed by the warranty service. Easy and efficient. I trust this company.If Foodville can locate and remedy the weak link in the design of this frother, I would consider it one of the best available at a reasonable price. Despite an apparent flaw in the model, it remains the best I’ve ever used and because of the exceptional customer service still deserves 5 stars.Update: January 2024 - The replacement lasted 4 months. While using it, the unit became very hot with an electrical burning smell. I placed it outside in an open glass jar for safety until the battery was exhausted. Again customer service (Elisa) quickly replaced it with a new unit.I will persist in using this frother despite it's very high failure rate because functionally it is probably the best on the market and the company provides quick & easy replacements. Wonder how long this one will last?Update: March 2024 - The second replacement lasted 3 months. Suddenly had a strong electrical burning smell. Controls became erratic and then within a few minutes it stopped working permanently. No over-heating this time. Once again customer service (Elisa) was very responsive and sent me a different model (MF05) under warranty. I'll try at least one more time.

El espumador es fantástico. Lo usamos para espumar la leche, para batir chocolate, café, para mezclar salsas..... le estamos dando muchos más usos de los que esperaba. Funciona muy bien en cualquiera de las tres velocidades y tiene mucha potencia. El seguimiento de atención al cliente del producto ha sido muy bueno. Gracias a Elisa Gattis por estar pendiente del pedido y del funcionamiento del espumador.

L’ho appena acquistato e posso dire che al momento funziona benissimo, ha superato tutte le mie aspettative.E’ un oggetto davvero elegante, molto bello anche da vedere, esteticamente fine sia come fattura che per la qualità dei materiali di cui è composto. Ma la cosa che più mi ha colpito è la sua potenza elevata che emana a tre velocità. Silenzioso, stabile e non vibra eccessivamente. La schiuma ottenuta scaldando un pò il latte è perfetta per fare un cappuccino. E’ molto comodo e veloce da pulire, infatti dopo averlo usato, la frusta la metto sotto l’acqua corrente senza rimuoverla dall’apparecchio. E per qualche secondo la faccio andare attivando la velocità più bassa sotto l’acqua corrente un pò calda. In questo modo si pulisce all’istante.E’ molto pratica e apprezzata la connessione USB per caricare la batteria.Concludendo, sono veramente soddisfatto per l’acquisto..Lo consiglio vivamente.
