The tube was essentially empty
The product arrived in a sealed packet but appeared to be an empty tube, with chocolate already dried around the top. We opened it, squeezed, and nothing came out but the plastic met in the middle as if was completely empty. I was supicious so weighed it. 24g (I'm guessing that was the packet's weight) - nowhere near the 40g it was meant to hold (and would be big enough to hold, if the tube were actually filled). We managed to get a couple of drips of chocolate out after warming it up - and I do mean tiny drips, not even large enough to constitute a dribble. At this point the tube was completely flat and clearly empty. My conclusion - it was either previously used and repackaged or what/whoever filled the containers missed this one, except for a dribble that fell mostly on the outside and dried crispy. Not the experience we were hoping for!
