which filter is the intake filter

My J-375 Jacuzzi spa says it's the one with the plastic filter screen under the paper filter (must be removed to see underneath). The other one does not have a plastic screen, it just goes directly into the pump. they are both intake filters, however, one has a plastic screen, makes sense in case the mineral cartridge breaks up it wont get sucked into the pump. IDK which spa you have, hope this helps?

I researched your question and it looks like the J200 series uses a “Spa Frog” mineral stick. I have a J300 series. My filters have a cap at the top that the Proclear fits into. Hope this helps
