Good for hard veggie julienne
The blades are sharp. I need to be very careful. The protect cover doesn’t work perfectly. It is perfect to julienne cucumbers, potatoes, and carrots(these are hard veggies). Looks like knife cut. I like it very much. I tried strawberries, doesn’t work so well. The only drawback is that it has very few thickness choices. Overall, it is wonderful.
