Material not comfortable around neck
The fabric used was very hard and feel was not good when put around neck. It was also quite warm.

Still haven't figured out how to use it.
Don't like it at all. No instructions. And doesn't work if not plugged in but lead way too short to allow this. I should have returned this but they make it impossible for elderly disabled housebound.
