I believe the ponies that come with this castle are actually three inches in size. I think this would work just fine for the ones your daughter has already!

So worth it!!!

This is such a fun, cute castle. Decent size, not too big and clunky but not too small either. Super easy to assemble. Cute accent stickers. My kids love it and it made a great birthday gift for my daughter.

Flimsy, comes apart
