Ideal for the perfect Pina Colada. Adds a good thickness to drinks. Strong flavour. For recipe that suggest coconut cream and sugar syrup, just leave out the sugar syrup. Stores well in the fridge.

The Cons: Nutritional Profile: My only real wish is that there was a lower sugar or sugar-free version. It is quite sweet and has a lot of sugar, so you have to be careful with how much you add if you're watching your sugar intake. Separation and Prep: Just a heads-up that because it’s a natural product, it often separates in drinks. You usually need to give it a very good shake or a quick stir to get it back to that perfectly smooth consistency before drinking.
