Tastes sour, I really loved the taste and very very low calorie. My joints still hurt like mad after the whole bottle so sadly for me it didn't work.

I use this to make the “sleepy girl mocktail” at night and it is delish! I especially like this tart cherry juice because it is organic and unsweetened. It is highly concentrated so a little goes a long way! This is also versatile and can be used to help with pain/inflammation and contains natural melatonin for improved sleep. It’s highly digestible and tastes delicious. For those wondering the “sleepy girl mocktail” is sparkling water, magnesium powder and tart cherry juice 🍒. It’s a fancy way to unwind at night without alcohol!

Its pricey but like flavor.

これまで『深い睡眠』のためにヤクルト1000を飲んでいましたが、甘いのが苦手なのと量が多いので、代用を探していました。 水と希釈して寝る前に飲むと寝つきが良く、朝も「寝たー！」と言う気持ちで起きれます。 味は、ワインが好きな身からすると飲みやすいです。甘すぎず、ですが少し重めです。
