I like everything about this product. The spray bottle is well designed for gripping and spraying; the plastic is sufficiently heavy duty and not flimsy; the spray feature works well. But mostly the product gets out stains in upholstery. My husband has a beautiful, expensive white ergonomic office chair that he stained badly with his dirty pants (from working outdoors). Since he is colorblind, he doesn't see the stains but I DO! Finally—long after I should have taken care of it-–I couldn't take it anymore and searched for a solution. I tried this product based on reviews and got very lucky. I recommend it and will also certainly buy it again.

I have an off white couch, it got dirty during a move. Used this as directed and it cleaned it right up. I was thoroughly impressed. I didn’t think it would get the black dirt off.

From the description, I thought this upholstery cleaner would be wonderful. It's no better than less expensive alternatives. I followed the instructions carefully, but it still left a ring around the stain that I really had to work to eliminate. I ordered it to use on our microfiber dining chairs, which are pale beige; results were just so-so.

Awful product - does nothing to remove stains! Returning ASAP

It did not remove stains that had been there for more than a few days. Would not recommend.

Did not clean at all Major ripoff

I am not sure if this product would work and could be very good. But when I received it, the bottle was empty. Contents had apparently spilled out. So there must have been a problem with the packaging and shipping. I was quite disappointed.

When item came it was just an empty bottle no liquid. It all leaked out when i opened package. What a joke.

I don't normally write reviews for things, and certainly am not excited for cleaning products, but I am genuinely amazed that this product has not gone viral for how good it is. No idea what's in it, but it cleans everything out of everything. This morning my dog has had what can only be described as a biblical case of diarrhoea all over the carpet of my office, and this stuff has lifted it out with no fuss, no smell, no lengthy soaking in process. Genuinely incredible product that Ive recommended to friends and family, tragic as that sounds, I'm that impressed by it.

It cleaned fairly well but needed to be repeated x 2 to get good results.
