Be careful when I took them after a while I started to feel sick might be from other drug interactions or I could have been from something inside. Just be careful while taking them with other medication.

UPDATE: Changed to a five star because although I had a bad bottle the company reached out to me after my review and made things right. I appreciate them working things out and will definitely order again:::The first time I bought these everything was great, when I ordered it this time the pills were damaged. The inside of the bottle was covered in the pill contents. When I dumped them out to look at it several of them were empty or half full. And when I clicked the link to return them it says this item can't be returned.

Taste, effectiveness
This is the 2nd type of seamoss supplement I've taken. The effectiveness was noticed immediately and I love that it has no taste even If it smells like it will. I am just getting conflicting information. It says it's a 5 month supply and to take 1 a day, but will it be as effective with just 1 pill a day? Also that makes it a 2 and half month supply as opposed to a 5 month supply. Please advise.

Great product
Order sea moss just to see what people were talking about. Well is been only a few days and I noticed a change. I am more energetic my mood is changed and for some weird reason I am just feeling good. Besides the little headache I am in such a good space I can’t even explain I’m just feeling good. Will update later.
