Just started a regiment including this supplement, no issues with stomach upset or energy levels. I am very optimistic that it will be a good addition to my diet.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I thought I would try this turmeric supplement as opposed to the one I was normally using since this one was supposedly more potent. I felt good while taking it. No immediate issues after starting. I have a medical condition which requires me to get blood testing (labs) about every 3 months. Over the course of 6 months, my liver enzymes started creeping up. At first I didn't make a connection between these results and the black turmeric supplement. As my enzymes continued to rise (sign of liver damage), I saw a liver specialist who was also perplexed. After doing a bit of research I found that the combination of black pepper and turmeric is toxic to the liver in a fair percentage of the population. I, unfortunately, was one of these people. I stopped taking the supplement, with no other changes to diet or other meds/supplements, and my liver enzymes went back down to normal and have stayed that way ever since. If you are young and healthy, you probably aren't getting your liver enzymes checked on a regular basis, so I would be very careful about taking this without monitoring of your liver function. You can have liver damage and have no symptoms from it (like I did). That said, you can easily take other turmeric supplements (without black pepper) and not run the risk of having liver toxicity, so this supplement is a hard pass for me.

I love this product for the inflammation in my joints. Been taking it for a year now. When first started it took about 4 to 6 weeks before noticing a difference. I started with the full dose of 2 tablets a day. Now I only take 1 tablet a day because the inflammation has gone down and my knee and hip joints feel so much better. Comfortable each day with this supplement. High quality.

Good product that costs twice as much as any other brand.
