I’ve been using this power bank for over 1.5 years now, so I feel confident giving a proper review. It has been extremely reliable throughout this time and still performs just as well as when I first bought it. I consistently get around three full phone charges, which makes it perfect for travel, long days out, or situations where you really need dependable power. That said, it is very heavy. It genuinely feels like carrying a brick in your bag. If you prioritise capacity and reliability over weight, this is an excellent power bank. Just be prepared for the extra heft.

Amazing charger well worth the investment. I cannot comment on the longevity of this product as I’ve only had it for 3 months- so far so good! I went to Glastonbury and it only lost 1 bar for the full 5 days charging my phone! Also just got back from a 4 day trip and it lasted the whole time charging 2 phones and an Apple Watch multiple times a day. Pros: -long lasting charge - 2 USB ports and 1 USB C port - I can charge my iPhone 15 it’s hard to find portable chargers with USB C Cons: -takes a while to recharge - on the heavier side but not awful

Super impressed with this battery pack. I bought it to replace my previous large capacity battery (not Anker) which had fallen out of the top of my rucksack onto a train platform and started to swell up so I had to recycle it (context for what's to come) Having had good experience with previous Anker products I went for this one and have so far been really impressed. It's first job was to keep 3 GoPro batteries charged during the day on a 14 day motorcycle trip where we were recording constantly. It delivers a quick charge and was easily able to keep the batteries topped up. On the first night I accidentally knocked it off the 2nd storey balcony of my hotel room and it fell onto the concrete path below. I was expecting this to be terminal for the battery pack, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the plastic case just had some scuff marks on it but was not cracked, and the battery powered on as normal. I was a bit concerned about the battery internals might have been damaged so I cautiously plugged it in to charge and there was no excessive heat, the battery had not swollen up and other than the scratched case, it was performing as expected. The capacity of the battery is ideal for times when you don't have access to electricity (it kept my phone and watch charged on a 4 day camping trip), and the low power mode is great for trickle charging items with a small battery like watches or earphones. If I had one criticism it would be the time taken to recharge the battery. Despite having a USB-C port it does not seem to charge any quicker than my old micro-USB battery pack. But provided you're happy to leave it charging all day/ overnight, I would thoroughly recommend this battery.

I've owned the predecessor of this device which 7 years ago I bought and it's still going strong as a battery pack to give me an exte charge or two. Girlfriend wanted one for her iPhone and to charge her boss earphones. Reasonably compact, more suited for small bag than pocket sized but could fit in a larger jacket easy. Simple to use. Two ways to charge. Usual or trickle depending on the power your devices need. Easy to gauge capacity at any time with quick indicator. Girlfriend says "it isn't too heavy" which frankly is great for her little adventures with her Dora the Explorer backpack. She also said "Well made and doesn't feel like scratch plastic" Girlfriend approved and I have no doubt this is a solid smaller battery pack easily for day to day use or a emergency back up.. Only drawback is you will need a USB C cable to charge it. Which isn't really a drawback in this current time

I bought this for use at a festival and can honestly say it’s very impressive in terms of charging for long period of time. I have two phones and it lasted the entire 5 days! I would say it is an absolute beast to charge the actual charger itself though, it usually takes a day or two to fully charge. And it is heavy. Really heavy. So I have a smaller charger for day to day use just as it makes my bag painful to carry and it is quite large. But for its intended purpose (charging) it is absolutely great!

Used it 4 times in 13 months and it worked well, charging a mobile phone over a weekend hike and then providing power for a heated gillet on three occasions. Yesterday, a very cold day, it supplied power to my gillet at a football match. Brought it home, put it on charge and nothing, no lights, no charging, a dead power bank. Always used Anker before and found them reliable but not this time. Will now have to think twice before buying Anker again.

My old 20k powerbank from Anker which I have had for about 5 years got swollen. I think I had dropped in in the ground or something so a cell got injuried. But I'm really happy with Anker products in general so I ordered a new one. This one seems a little bit bigger in size.
