Gel Insole, Men's 12-13

I bought a pair of these 4 years ago from footlocker to reduce impact on my knees. I have suffered no problems since and have decided to invest in a second pair so I don't have to keep altering soles between shoes. Comfy although lacking metatarsal support. Super comfort and support. This brand was recommended. I used a pair to enforce a pair of moccasins and they're like completely new shoe. I'm on my feet all day on a concrete floor- these help a lot. Love them

Totally improved shoes that weren't comfortable and perfect for walking on hardwood floors.

I was slightly mystified as to the elongated instep size on these things. I could feel it sticking into the back of my arch...funky for sure. But, I did a little pruning of the material on the underside and they are now better than the insoles that came with my running shoes, so I am not entirely dissatisfied.
