Enameled Cast Iron Signature Cassadou, 3.75 qt., Cerise

Where to begin! The size is perfect for most anything I make. It works in the manner of all Le Creuset pots, perfection on heat conduction and cleans up easy. It is a thing of beauty- I can't believe they are discontinuing the Caribbean color. It's so pretty.! It became my favorite pan the moment I used it and another good thing. I have double sinks, not the biggest- and I could still set the pan in- can't believe it fit. I love the brand, have a good collection of their Dutch ovens in all sizes and colors. None sit collecting dust.

I love this piece of Le Creuset. It’s my go to pan for small cooking and it delivers. Its cling-free surface can’t be beat. It steals the show with its good looks too.

This is a must have for every kitchen. It is worth the price. The size is perfect for stews and soups. Can go from stove top to oven.

I was heartened by the width cited in the product description, but it is a full inch shorter at the interior cooking surface at the base. That said, it is unquestionably a fine overall capacity for most requirements of a braise for up to 4 persons, and the construction, fit, and finish are in the top class. At its present price it is even possible to say one isn’t spoiling oneself, to use it for tasks whose criteria it greatly exceeds. It’s a fine instrument, of obviously infinite durability. To confirm quoted specifications, it is west to contact the importer.

This is my 3rd Le Creuset Enameled cast iron pot. It is wonderful. I recently used one to make a loaf of sour dough bread and it baked perfectly. I love being in the kitchen and cooking and this pot makes it a pleasure. Yes, they are a little pricey, but the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. It is definitely worth the money. If you don’t enjoy cooking/baking, this pot may change your mind! Try it!
