This product is absolutely devine. I have been searching for YEARS for something like this, it makes my hair feel like literal silk. The directions say to apply to the scalp, as well as the strands, which I questioned at first thinking it would make my scalp greasy. NOPE! It's just a magical way to make your scalp feel fresh, and restored. It's a bit of a task to rinse it out, but it's worth it. The scent smells like fresh green, which is lovely in a hot shower. I loved this so much, I purchased the shampoo and conditioner set as well, and I am excitedly awaiting its arrival. (which I will also review) I plan to purchase the rest of their styling products in the future since I am so pleased with this. ....this is not a paid review, I'm just a customer eho is thoroughly pleased with this product. Edit: it's only difficult to rinse out, the first few times you use it on damaged hair. After a few uses, it's much easier, and your hair feels amazing.

I and the family love this product, I used it first on my brother,who has short hair, it gave him volume, shine, cleaned his hair with out stripping it. Got the very Same result on my mother &father, my bf. Before I used on my self.lol ( Sensitive, scalp,or allergies. My boyfriend is extremely sensitive to hair care products, he can't even use rice bars.. but he allowed me to use this, no reaction, he liked it *shocked* honestly 🙄 😂 he is the hardest person to get to try something new, bc his scared of having a reaction or cause hair lose.) I have very long hair, I needed to see the difference between short,mid length, before I used it, also in fear that it would do, tripcal hair loss, drying, frizzy ness, reaction. When I did, I loved it, I have to start at the top, not at the roots ofc, the out come was beautiful. Can't wait for the shampoo, conditioner combo. Save the hair. 😂🥰

I want to preface this by saying I'm growing my hair out because it is extremely damaged due to excessive bleaching. So, I have damaged and healthy, new growth. I've faithfully used this for roughly three and a half months now and today was the first day I used another hair mask. My hair is not as soft and manageable as it is when I use the Nature Lab mask. I felt the difference while showering, there was not as much slip with this other mask, even after using a handful.. You have to use very little of the NL mask and a little does the trick. It doesn't leave your hair greasy, just soft and conditioned. The jar is small for the price, but is well worth it and I'll be purchasing again. Going to try their other products as well. Glad I gave this some use before reviewing. I didn't realize how great it works until I used something else.

I have thick, curly hair mid shoulder length that has highlights throughout. My hair is generally very healthy, but come warm weather I’m outside in the southern sun ALOT. The processed strands near my face were really getting fried and just generally needed moisture. Saw this and more affordable than the better known brands, plus I like anything with green tea in it and think pretty highly of Korean beauty products. It is definitely a thick but loose consistency and I’ve tried it twice since getting it….. my hair does seem softer and my curls have exploded when let to dry naturally. I have no complaints, I think it’s a good product at a great price

I have thick color treated hair that I blow dry at least three times a week with a round brush. I was curious about this because I bought the scalp scrub from the same company (not sure how I feel about that product yet). But this conditioner is AWESOME! My hair has never looked better. I’ve only used it three times but purchased another jar to have already “just in case”. My hair looks healthy and full—not TOO soft (I don’t like that). And not weighed down at all.

I absolutely 💯 love using this it cleans all the built up. It leaves my hair feeling refreshed and clean.

Well, my straw hair seems to be getting a little shiner and softer with consistent use - meaning it didn't happen right away, I need to use it a number of times to see an appreciable difference. I again over-did it with processing and now have dried out hay sticking out in various places. The healthier hair I have seems to be getting weighed down from this masque and looks a little greasy, but is very soft versus its usual wire-y course self. I want to try this a little longer to see how it goes overall. I think this is comparable or maybe a bit better than Olaplex which helped a little but wasn't the miracle it presented itself to be for me. I thought Olaplex was the best out there, but now I think this one is a little better. With more time, I'll be better to tell for sure. The price is way better than Olaplex and you get more. Olaplex is a little runny, this is a real masque with a thicker texture. I wish I could have tried this way before I chopped off all of my long hair due to chemical damage. Would have been interesting to see if my hair could have been saved by using this, or at least tolerable with consistent trims. Oh, well...

I have coarse, dry, grey hair. This is the stuff that makes my hair fells soft and looks shiny and healthy. This is a thick mask so it coats your hair well. It has a slight, pleasant scent, but not too strong. This tub lasts a long time and it works amazingly well.

De inicio lo usé como mascarilla (así como lo indica en el vídeo el vendedor). Ahora lo uso casi a diario, de medios a puntas, y mi cabello súper suave. Tengo el cabello teñido y ha respetado el color súper bien. Lo vuelvo a comprar!

I could not love this product anymore than I do. It is simply amazing. After the first use I started getting compliments on the shine of my hair. After swimming in the pool or a day in the sun this product revives my hair. Healthy and shiny. Product is easy to use and smells really lovely too.

Smells weird. Heavy mask. Makes hair softer a little but more oily. Not made in Japan.
