It probably wouldn't be noticeable in a flavored drink.It doesn't say on the nutrition label what type of fiber it is, but further down in the description on this page it says "GUT GLOW contains two clinically studied soluble fibers, Sunfiber (partially hydrolyzed guar gum) and inavea (acacia gum)".I tried replacing my usual fiber with it for a few days, and my digestive system was not very happy about that. I had that same experience recently with fiber gummies that had only soluble fiber, so I guess that's generally a bad idea. It probably would help with constipation like it says - but I didn't need that, so... 😅 ...make sure you get insoluble fiber from somewhere, too.The one I got at the end of May 2023 expires in November 2024.

I used this fiber supplement for about two months, and it's a decent product. While it does have some positive aspects, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. On the plus side, the flavorless nature of this supplement makes it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. It dissolves quite well in various beverages, so I can mix it with my morning smoothie or a glass of water without any noticeable taste or texture issues. I did not notice any improvement in bowel regularity but did see better gastrointestinal function after consistent use. It seems to have a positive impact on gut health, which is a plus. However, there are some downsides. Firstly, the price is a bit steep compared to other prebiotic fiber supplements on the market. Secondly, it didn't work as quickly as I had hoped. It took a few weeks of regular use before I saw noticeable results. Additionally, it did not help with my constipation, which was the reason I ordered it in the first place.In summary, this supplement is a decent option for those looking to improve their gut health, but it comes with a few shortcomings.

This particular fiber blend has 6 grams of fiber which is more than what I usually see and take and it works to clean you out, if you have issues. If you don't, and just want to have a feeling of fullness, it will still clean you out, just not as quickly as others with gut issues. I like to add this to my morning smoothies and it helps to keep me fuller longer, but I am also heading to the restroom in about 1.5 hours or so, which is what I like. I like that sense of fullness, but not bloat. I like that it has the nutrional label and ingredients clearly posted on the site, so that those of us who are health and ingredient conscious are able to make informed purchasing decisions. I've been fooled other times in believing what they tell me, but when I received the product, it was a different story because of the ingredients. The serving size is 3 scoops, so it's easy enough to start at one scoop and work up to 3 if you really want to. I usually do 1.5 scoops. It's a great natural product with no unhealthy dyes or additives.

This product should only be used with other ingredients. On its own... It really isn't a pleasant experience to drink. And it makes the water look yucky. So I add it with fruits and veggies for my protein shakes, and smoothies.You could even mix it in with maybe some of your stews, or other casseroles. It's going to hide the flavor, and yet...you'll still get the benefit. They say it's flavorless. But not really. It's not a strong flavor. But you're going to taste the ingredients included.It is quite pricey for a prebiotic fiber supplement. Not sure if I would order it again; because of the price. The amount they include is way less than a lot of other prebiotic supplements that is on the market out there.I'm getting some benefits from it. It's keeping me regular. So if you can get past the price, you might like it. Just don't drink it plain. Include it with some other products if you want to be able to have a more pleasant experience.

This is an amazing fiber supplement that mixes nicely into smoothies, acai bowls, etc. The powder itself is a white, thin consistency and does not have a taste or smell so it goes nicely into anything. I can definitely see a difference in stool consistency after using this product and I feel like it is packed with amazing prebiotics that can help with regularity.The package states to take 2 scoops per day for a good source of fiber and the package is about 8.46 oz, so if taken every day, it would last about a month but if taken seldomly, then it will last a bit longer.

It could be just me but I am almost at the end of the pack and I didn't feel any differenceI am mostly constipated from taking iron. I tried this with stool softener and I am able to go. Don't do that though. Do what works for you coz this alone was not able to help me. I am not sure if this really supposed to make me go easily or just a prebiotic. Will update if something good will happen. One good thing is it doesn't clump. I stir it right away

I didn't try this on its own, but in smoothies it didn't alter the taste at all. I have a sensitive gut, and found that I needed to start with a small amount and work my way up.
